I have an ESI ESRTERFW room thermostat fitted. It is an extremely erratic piece of equipment and appears to change the setting by itself. I am constantly having to manually adjust it to keep the room warm

Had both Dave and Joe with us for a trade morning at Wolseley Hessle - first of all 2 top guys great to deal with - secondly very knowledgeable and helped us get a sale over the line for a Mistral. Going to take more ESI in at branch as we know we can count on both for anything we need.

Had experienced difficulties with my central heating control, thankfully a gentleman by the name of Ed Emlyn, was very kind and patient in helping me reset the said control.
Thank you Ed for your guidance and valuable help.

Met dave at CHP in Oldham, never installed ESI before but after a very informative chat I purchased 3 from van stock.

Looking forward to being a long term customer and definitely using the laser logo feature

I have just started with the ESRTP4RFW Programmable Room Thermostat on the installation of a new heating system. The extended Warranty form was easy to fill in, but the instruction booklet was not the easiest to follow to program the device. Time will tell but I don't feel in control at the moment.

Either have to have heating switched off in December with children and a NHS nurse who works on a Covid ward for 12 hour shifts or have it on and it goes to between 23c and 25c with the windows and doors open also as they say they are aware there app no longer works with Alexa a
Big selling point for them
,this happens all the time with Esi Centro equipment if you read the reviews
Tech at Esi Centro extremely rude and just say get an engineer to change the receiving hub at your own expense then say iv told you what I think it’s that’s all I’m going to do , Boxt should not supply this rubbish with their installations and stop using ESi centro not only does their equipment not work because of cheap Chinese manufacture their apps fail on a regular basis too

David came to PTS Workington to do a trade morning talked to our customers about the new ESI products explaining all the advantages to them and helped a few out was a great morning with great interaction with our customers

I can honestly say I’ve just had the best customer service experience ever! From start to finish, Emlyn treated me with care, patience, and genuine understanding. I made it clear I was a complete novice, yet by the end of the call—after he’d guided me through the process of re-adding our downstairs device to the mobile app—I felt trained, confident, and ready to qualify as an ESI wireless thermostat engineer in under an hour!

Emlyn is genuinely caring to the core and clearly loves what he does!! We chatted, laughed, and even shared personal stories—so much so I would’ve stayed on the call longer had I not other commitments! By the end of our conversation, I was genuinely considering booking a return trip to Scotland just because lol.

Emlyn left me empowered, enlightened, and expectant (yes, all the E words!). People like you deserve more than a box of chocolate brownies—in my humble opinion, you’ve earned a lifetime award for demonstrating Customer Relations Excellence and the title ‘Peace Ambassador’!

Heating wouldn’t come on through thermostat control. Contacted ESI and they figured out my recover wasn’t working correctly, they sent a brand new one out, newer version of thermostat aswell and instructed me how to fit it, rather then get someone out. Easy to contact, easy to talk to, easy solution, easy fix.

David come to City Plumbing Blackpool and was most helpful with our customers. Great trade morning. Very positive feedback. Thank you for your continued support.

David was nothing but helpful. Explain the new product to extreme detail. And is always on the other end of the phone for an issues. The Blackpool branch on the whole is the best I’ve been too. And jenny is extremely helpful

Superb customer service. I contacted ESI Controls for advice about a heating programmer. Rowan responded quickly and talked me through the the problem. He was extremely helpful and patient. I could not have wished for better customer serice.

It does not last more than 2y, they are advertising it's made to last many years, but to have the 3-5y warranty you need to register soon after purchase. Well the gas engineer did not mention that
The technical support is only via mail and it's very poor, they asked 3 times when was installed instead of looking at the first email. Their conclusion after sending over 10 emails ..see a gas engineer. No I don't recommend.

I fit these everyday these are the most easiest and best stats on the market and other equipment like 2 port and 3 port valves i jave spoken to dave brookes at city plumbimg in stockport and he cant help you enough top brand

David is very knowledgeable about the esi products,He talked me through the mistral and I'm very keen to get one for home. As a branch manager at chp we organised a trade morning and it's been very busy with loads of interactions with my customers, David is really good with the customers and knows his stuff.

We have just attended a trade morning in CHP Workington and had the mistral demonstrated.
The unit has no personalisation options could a service date / menu be added to scroll call for service

David was in branch this morning and was a great source of advice for us in branch and for our customers. ESI sells well in our branch but it is always good to learn more.

We took in stock of the new Mistral controls. Customer feedback has been positive and a really good price point is making it easy to sell.

Great morning down at CPS Leeds roundhay, David Brookes from ESI alongside Josh from rothenberger made for a great morning with lots of customer Engagement. Will definitely have these two back in the near future!
