Like every other review I see here I was also ripped off. it has been almost a month and I have not received my order. I too received a fake tracking number which goes nowhere. They are thieves. Don't waste your time or loose your money. IT'S ALL A SCAM

The worst services, I order almost 4 weeks ago 3 different products and I haven't received any at all, I wish i have a contact information, I think they scam and stole my money!!!

SCAMMERS! They’ll take your money under a different name on your credit card or account and give fake tracking numbers for the item. I’ve found HUNDREDS of people on Facebook that were also scammed!

Ordered 2 phone holders to have while we were moving. 2 weeks went by without tracking info. I tried emailing them. No response. Emailed 2 more times. Finally, got an answer saying that they show it as in transit and gave me a tracking # that didn’t match fedex, ups, or usps.
I emailed 2 more times. Finally, got a response saying it was a tracking # with DHL.
The last update, 3 weeks after I purchased it was in California. We live in TX.
I kept checking the tracking. Days later it was still in California.
By that time, we had moved. I asked for my money back. No response.
Finally, the tracking changed to “dead letter”.
I called DHL and they told me that they gave it to USPS and found it undeliverable even though I had my mail forwarded. They also said that it was unable to be returned. Possibly, because of no return address. I don’t know.
In the end, USPS destroyed the package.
And, of course, I have had no response to emails that I have sent.

Like the rest of you - I got ripped off by them! Ordered the universal dash phone clip, it doesnt fit hubbys dash and it wont stay clipped to mine, it slides right off! I emailed them and they wanted everything but my soul as proof!
I responded back telling them Id read their reviews and theres many others who have complained about the exact item I am complaining about, adding I read that no one has ever been refunded so why am I wasting my time sending them "proof"! After about 2 more emails they have stopped responding!
There is no contact number or address that I have found!.
I see some have reported them to their local BBB, is that helpful?
Wish Id read before I ordered what Im reading now. IM UPSET!

Sent images to prove it did not work and they never responded?
No refund even though product wouldn't work, no response to my emails. Save Yourself a lot of grief Stay away !

Ordered their car phone holder..it did NOT fit my dashboard. I sent it back and they have refused to give me a refund...I would give this company a -0 if I could total reap off!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The car phone holder is a piece of junk--not like the ad, and certainly not worth $20. What a ripoff! When I asked for a refund, I got a canned email, twice. Lesson learned!!

Really wish there was a way to say ZERO stars. I ordered this clip and it took 3.5 weeks to get here. The tracking number that they gave did not come up with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. I finally found out it was some Chinese shipping company with a web site that had NO ENGLISH on it. I was about to have PayPal go after them to get me a refund but it finally arrived. I used it once in the van and the tension in the plastic stretched out to where it no longer fits tightly on the dashboard. So now it slides across the dashboard. The silicone grip NEVER worked. Wish there was a way to request a refund but I cannot find a link to do so. PIECE OF TRASH....DO NOT PURCHASE...RIPOFF.....SCAM.......GARBAGE

I ordered the car phone holder. It was not anywhere near the quality of that which they advertised on facebook. It did not stay clamped onto my car dasboard.The quality of the plastics as well as the silicone was substandard, given the price paid for it. The packaging itself exemplifies the lack of qualty that this product displays. Obviously this is a company only interested in a one time sale.

They got me too. I ordered the car clip & it never came. I was sent a tracking number that was bogus. I asked for a refund and was sent another bogus tracking number. I demanded a refund. They say refunds are not in their policy. They do not care about your hard earned money. Their positive reviews are fake. Their negative reviews are all too real. Please avoid this scam artist. They are what's wrong with this country.

I hope I had an option to give 0 stars and blackout this company, no I know I am not the only one who got deceived.
I believe this is a poor company with poor ethics who just takes money from every order. no, follow up no reply and not to mention no delivery even.....forget about it

If I could give this zero stars I would. It took forever to get my product only to find it was not how it was advertised. They won't return my money because it is not damaged. Stay away from this company!

Tried ordering their over-advertised cell phone holder. TERRIBLE if you use your phone vertical. DO NOT order. Delivery time over one month. Not worth the wait. Denied a refund.

I ordered a Universal cell phone holder for the car, and was excited to get it but it doesn't work with my car. I tried it when I got it today. And today, I sent a message asking for a refund and return label and I am being denied. Do NOT order from them. They are a scam.

I was looking at purchasing from this company but decided not to when I got to the final payment page; because they charged too much on postage. However, the company went ahead and charged my credit card anyways!

Dishonest, fraudulent, liars, cheaters! I have reported to the Better Business Bureau, the District Attorney's Office, Los Angeles Consumer Protection Unit, the Federal Trade Commission, and the FBI.

It has been a month I have still not received by order.

Do not order from this place. Going on 3 months and I have not received my order..they refuse to give me a refund also. They want to send me my order again instead of a refund..I told them no. They still refuse to send me a refund.We don't do business like this in the United States like this. They should not be allowed to do business here. So that means if they send me my order , it will take a couple of more months. Now is that nuts or what. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
