Been shopping on the meadowhall branch since it opened but am afraid wont go again...staff were rude when I needed...for the first time in over 20 years a refund

My husband was buying me a present for our 30th wedding anniversary, so took me to Ernest Jones at meadowhall. I knew what I would like, although that store only had one bracelet with pearls, it was exactly what I wanted. And it fits me beautifully. The assistant was wonderfully helpful and extremely polite. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

The lady who served me was lovely and helpful.
She told me that I could go and shop around while my Financial agreement was bey reviewed and that she’d call me when it came through.

The Assistant who spoke with me on the phone had the item she recommended for me ready for me to look at when I came to the shop. She was super welcoming and helpful- a credit to the company. I would always go back when we next need an expensive gift.

I left my wedding ring to be resized when told by many other Jewellers that it would not be possible, I must say that both myself and my Husband were delighted with the finished alteration !! It was amazing Amanda is certainly a very skill full jeweller, I will not hesitate to recommend them and also return if the need arises.

Very polite staff and very friendly and helpful.

The wedding ring we purchased is beautiful. However the customer service from the lady who served us was shocking! She was the most miserable, unfriendly person I have ever had to deal with. Not a pleasant experience when buying your wedding ring which I think is such a special item.

Shop Manager was extremely helpful with advise and had excellent product knowledge. We were very happy with the overall service
