This store needs a major visit from head office, or CEO, how anyone in that store got a job is beyond me, especially the manager, they all need to be performance managed, they give 0 care to responsibilities, once the sale is done which by the looks of it was only through the customers wanting to buy it, they do not care. I’ve spent about 20grand in this shop over my life, now I would rather spend another 20 grand advertising how bad this store is, company is still great.

Customer service non existent. Asian guy was so rude and unprofessional. Literally the worst service I’ve ever got from this branch. The guy and girl there looked like they were so bored and serving customers was a chore so disappointing to have the brand tarnished with these types of experiences. Will definitely never be going there again.

I was gifted a bracelet for my birthday and after 3 weeks it snapped so I called the Portsmouth store and a gentleman asked me to bring it in and it will be sent back for repair. However, when I got to the branch I couldn't believe how rude and argumentative Lucinda the store manager was. Refused to send off the bracelet and accused me of breaking it. I have never experienced such a bad customer service. Very poor quality and I will be encouraging all friends and family to never shop at Ernest Jones.

Took necklace back as was damaged when we got it home. Returned it the following day. Lucy was extremely efficient, apologised and sorted out replacement by post immediately. Superb service. This was followed up with a phone call to let us know when the delivery would arrive. Very pleased with new necklace. Thank you.

I would say avoid Ernest Jones. They packed the wrong wedding ring for us. Did not even apologise properly and instead started arguing when we raised the issue. Save your money and self-respect. The branch manager lacks basic customer service training.

Everything was great from ordering in Portsmouth and collecting in Gloucester, a surprise for the wife

excellent service and good range of products offered to choose from enabling us to pick the exact one for the situation. Lucy treated us with great respect and in a very professional manner. A very relaxed atmosphere ensuing that we selected the correct item for our needs. A definite 5star rating. Plus we felt that we had value for money.

The young lady who served myself and my partner were very helpful and knowledgable which made it easier for us. Quick and very professional. Would like to thank the young lady in the store in gun wharf for all her help and will be back to sort out our wedding rings.
