Straight forward website which I have used before when ordering online.
Great service as usual.

Bought a ring from their website, with a date for delivery. Got notified on the day of collection (by email not even a call) it would not be available for another 3 weeks! As a gift this was no good for me. I contacted them and was effectively told they couldn't do anything, but then they managed to find one in stock at a store local to me. However, they needed to facilitate a refund (potentially 3-5 days), and then I needed to go and purchase the ring separately. So I am left doing all the phone calls, running around and they are simply following their internal processes. Next day I visited the store in the hope that the refund might have been expedited, but unsurprisingly it hadn't. So I have the ring in my hand at the store, but cannot have it, as the refund hadn't been actioned. Given I needed the ring as a gift, they did nothing over and above as I would have expected to get this resolved. All I got was multiple people saying "sorry" yet not one who could actually do anything. Total waste of time and really really poor communications. So I'm left with no money and no gift, simply waiting. I will never use Ernest Jones again, I'll stick to Goldsmiths. I will also be complaining to the FCA as a consumer, as they are quick to take our money, but very slow to return it.

For someone who doesn't wear jewelery, the service was very helpful to understand what style/size/material I wanted. Easy process in exchanging for a smaller size once I had the chance to properly test. End result looks great & would definitely recommend

I bought a watch from the Westfield Ernest Jones store in November 2021. April, it had stopped working. Took it in for repairs, and they took it in saying it needs a battery replacement and that it would take 4 to 8 weeks. I was shocked, how can it take 2 months to replace a battery. I have hardly worn that watch for a few months and now its gone.

Amazing service and brilliant advise. I was served by the manager who was amazing throughout and made the whole visit a great experience.

I bought this bracelet for my goddaughter, she loved it so much she put it on straight away! Great that it’s adjustable too. All comes in a fab Vera Wang gift box. Staff in the Westfield, Stratford store lovely and helpful.

Great service. We knew what we wanted before hand so was glad not to be pushed into looking at other items which sometimes happens when you go to other stores.

Service provided by the colleague was extremely helpful and friendly. As a small store the stock availability wasn’t great so if you don't know what you’re looking for in terms of jewellery wouldn't be the best store to go into in terms of the options to look at. However the customer service certainly makes up for it.

The lady (I can’t remember her name though) who served me was very courteous even though I came back to the shop on 2 occasions. Thank you.

The woman who served me was very helpful . Very knowledgeable and welcoming. Gave me ideas on how to get discounts.
