Brilliant attentive staff
My husband and I went shopping for a new engagement ring and a watch for my husband. We were served by a lovely gent in your Liverpool store who gave us full attention, listening to what we where looking for. We chose the watch, then it was ring time. He brought lots of rings of styles I was asking for as well as alternatives. We eventually chose the ring AND a new wedding ring to match it. We are extremely pleased with our purchases. I can’t wait for our 30th anniversary on 6th July to start wearing them and show them off

Liverpool One branch - excellent customer service
I visited the Liverpool One branch with my father looking for my 40th birthday gift. The staff were patient, helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us including polishing my wedding rings.

Diamond neckace cost over £1000 but…
Diamond neckace cost over £1000 but sharp edges at clasp !- not sure how this passed QC. Wanted to get chain shortened and was told in the purchase shop initially £100 plus 2 weeks wait,when queried was told £57 even though assistant said it should be approx £35.Decided to go elsewhere and they deburred the clasp and shortened it in one hour for £20.
Necklace is pretty but quality and service leaves a lot tobe desired.
