I was contacted very quickly for a watch I had put my name down on the reserve list. The customer service (from Liam) was excellent and friendly. I’d recommend the store in the White Rose Centre, Leeds

I ordered a new clasp for my Omega watch. It wasn't the regular clasp and the local omega boutique refused to arrange. Ernest Jones agreed to order and said it should arrive in 2 weeks or 4 if had to come from Switzerland. I got a call 5 days later saying it had arrived - they had managed to fastrack it. I went later that day and it was installed. I was kept informed of the process throughout and 2 days later, I got a follow-up call from Liam if I was a happy with the new clasp. Great service from Liam and from Silus who installed the clasp. Thanks.

My husband and i were shopping for a new engagment ring. We found one we liked in our price range. A cluster ring in white gold. After 5 to 6 months i noticed a diamond missing and the ring looking very dull. When we travelled to leeds again the staff spent quite a while looking at it then made out it was my fault, so they sent it away to be checked. I got a call from a memberof staff saying it would be £74.00 to fix it and when i questioned him he seemed very unsure about the fact it was my fault, as i wanted my ring back i just paid the money. It took another month before i could collect my ring. I didnt wear the ring for quite a while worrying that something might happen again! And guess what it did!! I wore the ring for one day and then noticed a diamond missing later that day. I called the shop again and was told to make oppointment to go in. But we have to travel again to get there. So annoyed as this is costing me. Im so upset right now. Wish i hadnt bought from them now.

£3k rings purchased 2 weeks ago - required alteration, not received yet. Customer service in updating me abysmal. (Have rung this morning to chase but as yet nothing). Am seriously contemplating getting money back.

The experience of buying my fiancée's engagement ring was very positive.
Sadly, the experience of buying our wedding rings was most definitely not the positive experience we had hoped for.
When we arrived for our appointment we were simply asked to stand at the counter behind the perspex screen. One of the rings was brought out in a ziploc bag and, fundamentally, dropped on the counter. We were asked if this was the right ring. It was not boxed or presented with any level of care. It was handed over with no comments or suggestions my fiancée try on the ring for fitting - instead the salesman stood and watched, basically mute.
Then I asked about my ring. The salesman did not appear to know we were in for two rings and looked perplexed: despite having been the salesman who a week earlier had placed our order. All three salesmen then disappeared to the store area before the first one returned, without the ring, to say he had left his colleague searching for our ring because he had other customers whom he needed to serve: they had been directed to seats (having arrived after us) while we had to stand.
Eventually, having proved that the second ring HAD been delivered as per the text message I received, the second salesman was able to find and bring it to the counter. This was delivered in the same way: dropped from a ziploc bag onto the counter. Again, there was no care or attention and I was not asked to try it on and the fit of the ring was not checked. I was left to do that myself.
I cannot emphasise how beautiful the engagement ring was enough: but I equally cannot emphasise strongly enough how poor the service for two very expensive platinum rings (which the salesman mistook for white gold) was. The rings are wedding bands which mark the start of our journey together through life. It would be fair to say that during that journey I would not again use Ernest Jones or suggest to anyone else that they did, and the shoddy service was a poor way to take delivery of two items with such significant sentimental value.

Today we went to pick up our wedding rings. I was so appalled with the service. Firstly they couldn’t find the rings we had ordered and were ferreting around in the back. We had made an appointment and expected the rings to be boxed and ready. Finally mine came out in a plastic ziplock bag and I was asked is this right as it was dropped on the counter. Paul’s ring which was £1000 was given the same treatment. We may as well have pulled rings from a Christmas cracker. We spent a lot of money on platinum rings and would have expected to have been asked to sit down and have the rings brought out to us. I can’t put down on here how awful the experience was. Three young male assistants , no other customers in the shop and they still couldn’t get it right. There should have been a manager there at least. I wanted the experience to be special but it wasn’t . The rings are lovely just not the service. We had been the previous week to order the rings and the service was not brilliant but I thought that it was just a one off. Obviously not.

I was under pressure to find quick little gift. I have walked in to Ernest Jones and found it straightaway. The customer service was great and my friend is very happy. Very smooth shopping and friendly customer service. Thank you

Well look after in what I was looking for and helpful in every way

Went to the Leeds branch white rise centre to purchase a replacement high-end watch for myself. I was given an appointment with Liam sales advisor, who extremely helpful, was made to feel at ease and nor rushed as I must've tried on at least a dozen watches including the omega 'no time to die' watch but due to not been satisfied with this particular watch Liam found me a very similar watch in the Tudor pelagos lhd which I purchased along with an omega speedmaster moon watch. Both of which I am very pleased with in fact I'm more than satisfied with. As I didn't expect to leave with two high end watches on my budget. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to get the best advice and support in purchasing a watch or any other i.e jewellery to visit the store at white rose centre and speaking to Liam or anybody working there, as he was very helpful, polite, wasn't pushy, very patient and the other staff there seem very helpful too.
I will definitely be visiting this store again in the future.

We called in because I had seen a diamond ring on the Internet and wanted to look at it and try it on, it was a very special birthday coming up, all the staff couldn't have been any more professorial and helpful, so much so we end up buying a diamond ring and a Rado watch.
