Very happy.
Superb experience in dealing with Keri in Inverness for buying Omega. A lot of companies claim they are 'customer-focused' but Ernest Jones truly are. Heather and team in Perth are also great. Would give 6 stars if could.

Very helpful staff. No pressure to buy even when they knew it was a choice of an item between Ernest Jones and another jewellers in Town. We eventually chose a lovely watch from Ernest Jones for our Mums 85th Birthday ... which she loved.

Local service with a smile with the back up of a big stable company.
Nothing was too much trouble when bought watch and some jewellery recently.
Staff helpful, knowledgeable and keeping everything wiped down for covid protection.
Couldn’t believe the quality of the diamonds and the fantastic selection of watches from Omega and I was really interested in their new Bremont prestige watches from the UK - very interesting story!
I won’t go anywhere else now to be honest.

Lovely piece of jewellery as expected and very friendly staff. I understand that due to covid restrictions there are a few extra precautions needed, however I felt the whole transaction was quite long and drawn out with a heavy persuasion on insurance that I didn’t need.
Having said all that good overall and can’t fault the product at all!
