Recently bought a Tag Heuer watch from you Silverburn store, the service from Rebecca was excellent, she was polite, pleasant and very helpful.

My husband wanted to buy me a new engagement ring for our wedding anniversary. I explained what style of ring I wanted and the girl brought me out several to try on. My eyes were drawn to a plain, solitaire, platinum ring and I just knew it was the ring for me. Unfortunately they didn't have my size so the girl ordered two sizes of rings from different shops to ensure I bought the correct fitting. The two sizes didn't arrive on the expected date but was only a day later than anticipated. When in the shop collecting my ring I remarked that my wedding ring now looked dull in comparison and the shop offered to clean both mine and my husbands for free while we carried out the rest of our shopping trip and I can honestly say they did a fab job of both. My engagement ring has a life time warranty for maintenance/cleaning and I will definitely now also use them to clean my wedding band from now on. The girls in the shop were so friendly and polite and added to the excitement of getting a new engagement ring.

The staff at Ernest Jones were very helpful
and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy jewellery.

Returned a gift with gift receipt and staff treated me as if I’d stolen item .
It was jewellery that I’d purchased at Christmas for my wife who has multiple sclerosis and was shielding, this was her first time to a shopping centre since the start of the pandemic. The staff basically wouldn’t give refund and told my wife that she would have to pick another item there and then . She couldn’t see what she wanted and it was only on my suggestion that we get a gift voucher . Really disappointed as it ruined my wife’s day and as the nearest Ernest Jones is this one my wife is very reluctant to venture to the store again. I genuinely believed that when you have a gift receipt and proof of purchase that you should be refunded if required. £155 pounds that is sitting in an Ernest Jones account , really disappointed.

Excellent selection and helpful friendly staff, felt a little pressured to take insurance however everything was fine !!

Popped in to look at watches for my wife and were met with a warm welcome by the Branch Manager who helped up with our choice, adjusted the strap while we waited then took time to chat about watches and their features. No rush, no hard sell - just good old first class courtesy and service.

Silverburn store:- Excellent customer service received initially by Gillian, she was very knowledgeable and happy when helping us choose our wedding bands and allowed plenty of time for decisions to be made, did not feel pressured to buy at all just supported- I was impressed by Gillian’s ability to identify my engagement ring as an Ernest Jones, she clearly has great attention to detail..:additionally, when we went to collect them we were served by the lovely Penny, new to your staff but had a lovely warmth making us feel welcomed and ensured we were happy with our rings when presented with them.
