Excellent customer service from Suzanne at Eastleigh. She was helpful, knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and her communication skills made buying a ring a lovely experience.
Would definitely recommend shopping at Ernest Jones Eastleigh. The other members of staff are as equally professional and helpful.

Suzanne the manager was fantastic and the repairs carried out on my Great Grandmother’s ring (over 150 years old) was absolutely amazing it looks brand new. Also my husbands wedding ring also looks just like the day we said I do 21 years ago. Ernest Jones is a wonderful and amazing jewellers.

Following our insurance claim we ended up with a Signet GiftCard as part of the final settlement. First, if you have a choice, I would not recommend accepting one of these. However, the staff at the Eastleigh branch of Ernest Jones have been terrifically helpful during the past year both procuring and helping us select items from their range. We have today, maxed out the value of the card, a great relief, and I think would have been very difficult without the help of the staff at the Eastleigh branch of Ernest Jones.

Have had a long and protracted problem with this branch - 7 months. I took my fabulous new ring to be resized and it was returned with a loose stone. Fair enough, this happens. It was sent back to the repairer to tighten the stone. They then said they couldn’t do this as there was a huge dent “not caused by them” in the gold, BUT they could do it if I paid £300+.
After many weeks going to and from the shop, they finally agreed to tighten the stone and polish out the dent (confirmed to be a “toolmark” by another jeweller) for £50+. I agreed.
The ring was returned yet again, with the stone tightened and the dent STILL there. BUT, the huge yellow sapphire was completely damaged, had many marks inside the stone including what looked like a massive crack across the stone. I immediately gasped with shock. The ring has never been worn and now is completely ruined. It originally cost £4,000 but I bought it reduced in a sale. It’s a brand new top, top quality piece - or WAS.
After quite a few weeks of going backwards and forwards with customer services, and despite me providing many photos plus the offer of a statement of the original quality of the ring from the assistant Hayley in the store and the original maker of the ring, I was told that I had damaged the ring myself, and therefore, they could only refund the cost of the repair and resizing.
The manager of the shop disappeared into the back office every time I appeared and customer services didn’t seem interested in what I had to say - the ONLY saving grace was the support of the assistant who dealt with me throughout the whole process, knowing that I have never actually worn the ring.
I’ve been reading all the other reviews which has really upset me. All these poor people with sad stories. What a shocking indictment of one of our high street shops, especially with the bland identical responses to their queries from customer services. Disgraceful.

Today I purchased a longines watch from Eastleigh’s Ernest jones. A special thank you to Vicky who bent over backwards to get the information i needed and the watches into the shop for me to try on . Also to Suzanne for making buying a watch a pleasurable experience. Thank you both for your time and expertise. Eamonn x

The staff are amazing, they are beyond helpful, friendly,approachable and trustworthy, I will definately be using them again.

First I came into Eastleigh store to get my Grandfather's Necklace/Cross fixed I spoke to Hayley about this she was very helpful and reassuring about my worries to post something so sentimental off for repair, the service was swift and very well done so thank you to whomever done the repair great service from Hayley, I then made a second visit to purchase as cross to go with my current one another sentimental purchase this I was helped by Suzie of whom was very tactful and understanding of what was an emotional purchase given the context she helped out the cross on for me and the necklace so I could see how it looked they where both super helpful and kind people will certainly he coming here again should I have any jewelry needs thank you both.

Bueatiful jewellery staff are so helpful and friendly love the earrings and purchased 2 pairs of very high quality and very secure creole ones also a bueatiful 5 different coloured stones set in gold absolutely bueatiful worth the price for items very happy and will purchase from there again

The staff.were very friendly, following covid guidelines superbly. Nothing was too much trouble even seeing if item we wanted could be obtained in time from another store. On the negative side the store itself was very warm and at times uncomfortably so. Nevertheless staff willing to let us use own fan to cool off

Very friendly staff, helpful, good choice of jewellery, large open shop, The charm I bought was put into a pretty pouch and then into a box, which ment I didn't have to buy extra wrapping paper, thank you
