What a great company. I ordered a chair and being rather short, it was too high. Karen couldn't have been more helpful and instantly sorted it out for me and helped again when I had trouble putting it together. Highly recommend this company and the wonderful Karen.

We recently purchased a chair for our daughter and can only agree with the many other positive reviews. Until we started looking we had not appreciated how much there was to consider and just how many companies sell chairs! Sooo pleased we came across this company and the lovely Karen who could not have been more helpful. The chair itself was extremely easy to assemble and built to a very high standard. Based on our experience we would not hesitate to use this company again.

There was unfortunately a lot of miscommunications and complications with their delivery partner which was very frustrating, but the customer service in helping me deal with this was above and beyond! I received my chair in the end and would highly recommend this company despite the delivery delays based on the customer service experience!

Such an easy and efficient service, starting with my conversation with the lovely Karen in Sales. Now, using the chair on a daily basis I can really feel the difference - I have an on-going disc problem so the many features offer support in different ways. The ‘coccyx cut out’ feature alone creates a level of comfort that has been hard to find whilst managing a role that involves being on-line for hours at a time. I went for a bright Turquoise (you can select your own colour) and I’m not disappointed. It brings a bit of fun to an otherwise serious day! Thanks Ergonomic Chairs Direct - I highly recommend.

Karen in customer service was a credit to the company and made the whole transaction very smooth and always kept me updated. Great options for office chairs and the only company I would use going forward.

I ordered an Ergo Elite chair from them to help keeping my back healthy during my work hours.
the chair is very customisable and comes with all the necessary features to be able to set it to your liking.
The delivery was prompt and it was very easy to assemble. The only negative point is the manual for the chair. You need to use the small QR code card in order to access the manual. I didn't find it myself on their webpage.

Since I ordered the chair I had to get in touch with the customer services in order to get a carpet compatible wheel set (the original was for hard floor, and we moved house). Karen on their chat was very helpful with my enquiry and was so kind to post the new set of wheel asap, free of charge!

So far I am very happy with both the chair and the support experience I got. I can suggest them for anyone!

I am very tall (over 6.5) and I had no idea where to find a new chair, so after a bit of surfing the net, I found this company. I was lucky. From the moment I started emailing them (yes - they are real people) with my millions of questions (yes I am a bit high maintenance) they always responded quickly and helpfully. On the phone, you can also speak to real people too, who are as friendly and helpful on the phone, as on email. Anyone who wants to buy an office chair should only use this company. I rarely leave online reviews (positive or negative), but this company deserves this feedback, as does its future customers! My chair is also pretty good too!

My order was delayed, and there was an issue with the back rest when my chair finally arrived. This doesn't sound like the start of a 5-star review, but all can be forgiven when the customer service is awesome! Great communication, and the minor issue with the back rest was very swiftly resolved, a replacement sent out, and the original collected without any quibble. Finally, and most importantly, the chair is so comfortable, sturdy, and making a huge difference to my back while working.

The chair is really comfortable as it actually fits my shortness! It is good quality, easy to put together and arrived on time. I am really pleased with the chair. In addition, it has really helped my back pain as it is supporting my lumbar.

Called to understand which chair would be good for me (I’m quite tall and had felt back issues coming on). Sales helpline advised a chair with a long back and waist wrap around. Very comfortable and have been using it for over a year now. Both seat (forward) and back rest (upward) move into position to support my physique. Excellent chair and very friendly on the phone getting to the right product for me. :)

The chair was delivered on time and proved to be simple and easy to assemble. The chair is comfortable, and is of excellent quality.

I needed a compact chair with a lot of support options for a home office with very limited space. Karen spent a lot of time and patience going through everything with me, checking measurements, recommending features, but also telling me what features would not be so useful, and I really appreciated that, knowing she was not just trying to sell as much as poss.
There was a slight hiccups with the chair delivered, however, Karen was brilliant in sorting it out and getting a replacement part to me.
The chair is fabulous, it is really helping me with nerve and ligament issues in my legs and back.
I do feel Karen is very dedicated to her customers happiness and comfort and I would not hesitate to recommend her and her company.

We recently bought two ergonomic chairs and we had one or two issues with them after a few weeks of use.We spoke with a Karen Colville and then sent her a video of those issues. Karen organised two replacement chairs. When they arrived we then discovered the seating heights were different to the original. Thanks to Karen's terrific help in providing 'pdf instructions and a video' we were able to swap the gas cylinders from the original chairs to the new ones. We now have two replacement chairs with no issues. The moral of this little story is that Karen was courteous throughout...we formed a good client/company relationship and Karen was determined to leave us happy clients.

Just taken delivery of my new standing stool from Ergonomic Chairs Direct Ltd and I absolute love it. The quality of the stool itself is excellent and the customer service I have received from Karen has been outstanding on every level. The pleasure has been all mine!

If you are on the petite/short side and looking to purchase a more petite and comfy style of chair then I would highly recommend this one. I am delighted with it.
Gives great support and is easy to fit together/adjust.

Having looked for a good, easy to construct and comfortable Ergonomic chair - at a great price - I eventually found it at Ergonomic Chairs Direct Ltd. As a human factor specialist it is always good do know such products are available.

I needed a new chair that would be suitable for working from home for 8 hours per day, but also didn't aggravate my sciatica. I work for a charity so budget is very important. I was a little confused at the choice on the market, but when I called Ergonomic Chairs Direct, they sorted me out in no time, and I have chair perfect for my needs - and in a stunning colour. Perfect product and service, highly recommend!

After discovering that my old chair is to big for me and too deep, I decided to look for a chair for more of the petite user. I came across Ergonomic Chairs Direct. I ordered petite chair with number of adjustments i knew i needed. It took a little longer to arrive but it's perfect, Very comfortable and for the first time in years i feel I'm sitting straight and not slouching. Definitely worth the investment and hopefully it will reduce my physio appointments. Karen, my advisor, has been awesome the whole time and full of advise how to choose and use chair.
