Very good very helpful throughout process with good outcome

This is the worst company to handle the accident claim case.
Usually claims takes to finish no more than 6 months. However the case is still on going with this company about 1 year 8 months.

Stay away from this company to work with it.
They’re not really professional. They act very polite in the beginning. However once you sign the documents. They disappear.

Go another company.
Do not sign anything with this company.

I think one star is being generous I’ve never known anything to take so long in my life. This has been going on for five months and still nothing. Every time I phone them up they fob me off. I’ll say the same thing all the time. me personally would never use these people ever again they are a joke

The worst of all - Rude customer service - dont get explained but when asked you are then told rudely - won’t recommend to anyone - they dont even reply you or take your calls - have to wait for a week or more to get a reply from them

I would highly recommend this solicitor, they had worked on my case really quick in fact quicker than my insurance company, they had also given me a really good settlement from the third party and am extremely pleased with their service.
When I need more support and advise and I give them a call they give me a response straight away and they never leave me on hold on the phone, it is always less than a minutes, ALL staff including my case worker who dealt with my case are really friendly and he dealt with it before one year and usually cases can go on for longer so I would like to say thank you so much for all your help and support with my case

AVOID THEM. I signed a contract with the company to represent me in my compensation claim after an accident. When I signed the contract they promised a quick and professional service for 20% of my compensation. I also had the right to cancel my contract in 14 days.Nothing happened for like 10 days and I decided to cancel the assignment. I called them and explicitly asked them to confirm that if I cancel at the time then I need to pay nothing. They said yes. No more correspondence happened till 7 month later when I got and a letter asking me to pay to them. Again no invoice was received from them at all. Now I need to go to the court to protect my interest. AVOID THEM.

No one dealing with the accident appointed these solicitors, but we got sent a huge bill. Complaint put in, we asked who appointed them, they won't say. Surprise surprise..... Now waiting for a complaint to be dealt with. They say they can't tell us due to data protection, I guess they know nothing about data protection. How can you send a bill and not give full details??? Utterly shocked by the way they handle things. We're meant to trust solicitors, Do not trust these ones!!!

Got injured in a road traffic accident? Expect to get 2-4 cold callers per day from overseas trying to get your injury claim. Recommend you just hang up on these cold callers, Equitas Injury claims was recommended to me by my insurers accident management team, and from the initial call you are given all the information you need, you don’t have to be legal minded as a rep will visit you at home and explain everything to you, of course they need to get paid for their services and the rep will explain the percentage of deduction from the start. You might not get to speak to your allocated solicitor but the solicitors have paralegals who are just as knowledgeable of your case and always available should you have any queries. My case took a little over 10 months and I was eventually settled, Equitas took their deduction for services and not a penny more. I hope I don’t have to deal with equitas in future, but if I am injured again by accident, Equitas will be my first port of call to handle the claim.
