Terrible service me and my partner have been under these for a road accident, they have taken over 2 years to pay me out even though my partner got paid off within a few months, then taken majority of the money that got granted by court, never answer the phone or emails, claim they only have one person who can check the accounts and they are surprisingly off sick on the 21 days they have to pay me, DO NOT USE, currently waiting for complaints team which I doubt they have

This is the worst company to handle the accident claim case.
Usually claims takes to finish no more than 6 months. However the case is still on going with this company about 1 year 8 months.

Stay away from this company to work with it.
They’re not really professional. They act very polite in the beginning. However once you sign the documents. They disappear.

Go another company.
Do not sign anything with this company.
