0 stars this company is taking people to the edge of suicide!! How they threaten you on the phone is disgusting!! It’s like it’s their personal debt! Hey let me tell you especially ramscar!!!! We all have a job to do we all try to earn a wage but threatening and bullying us on a minimum wage salary for £600 a week!! I have rent to pay bills yes I got in debt with my council tax a company that are going into liquidation right now but your still going to get your money!! Ramscar reeks of a stinking money debt collector!!!

I was making regular consistent payments. unfortunately I had to cancel one month's payment due to having to pay for my yearly car insurance which had trebled,I received a text message telling me to make payment if I didn't then I would have the bailiffs on my door that day;so I contacted equita tried to explain my situation and asked for one months grace in paying them;I was disgusted with the response I received not only was the person I spoke to quite threatening the unwillingness to grant me one month's grace:to be told if I didn't pay today then the bailiffs would be visiting my property and a court order would be processed. I had no choice but to pay,leaving my bank account empty and no money for the remaining month. u only wanted one month's grace I had previously been making regular payments.

Not Human. They're animals. Don't give your long card number. They take out extra payments without your permission. Made my bank reject other direct debits and caused me more fees. Took out payments 2 days apart. Absolute thieves. Not happy. They don't even admit they're in wrong. Stealing vultures!!

So out of the blue I received a text message claiming from 2021 I owed a £99 regarding being in a bus lane in December 2021 (COVID) I panicked and paid £100 over the phone. Panicked again and cancelled the payment and card and contact my bank. However they have never quoted my car reg. Is this Legit as I'm panicking.

Continued harassment for an invented parking infraction which I have repeatedly shown is not my car, but still they persist with letters, texts, threats etc. Absolute scum

Id write zero if I could asked me to set up a payment plan that I said I couldn’t meet refused to be flexible with the payment terms agent was unbelievably arrogant thinks texts are usable as 7 day notice despite it being legal requirement to be in writing and thinks the 11 word phrase isn’t a thing obviously got bullied now thinks he has some power truly disgraceful person

Aggressive and threatening behaviour from agents not willing to listen. Send letters advising a fee of £235 will be added if they visit your property but even when you pay in full prior to the visit they still demand payment and threaten to add further costs if you don't. Luckily I texted the agent (P Jones) so I have the full transcript ready to send to both Islington Council and the appropriate ombudsman to address their practises and to court to have their certificate taken away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company should be done for fraud. Received a letter and paid the full amount, I have emails and bank proof of this payment, to receive another letter 2 weeks later saying I owe a further £235. Called to inform them I had paid to be told I paid late (paid the day the letter was received) and therefore I am subject to additional costs. Now they are threatening me to remove goods if I do not pay the additional money. Scam artists

again would give zero. I had a bham council tax bill from an address i hadnt lived at for over 3 years. They couldnt tell me why as it was over 3 years so i disputed it. Then i got a letter from equita so i called council again who froze equita. This ended on 13th july. I only know this as i had Mr R Christopher at my door on 14th. I wasnt in so i called the coucil on 17th they said they had lifted the freeze on the 13th this did not warrent a bailiff on the 14th. i then on the 17th got a letter from equita saying i needed to pay £291 or i will get a visit. I did this and sent proof to Mr Christopher who then told me i needed to pay a further £235. My letter stated £291 and thats what i paid. He came round again but i was at work. I have contacted Bham Council who have sent me an email saying they have stopped him. I then got a letter from equita with a new figure on after i had paid in full what they had requested. Citizens Advice were very helpful. One thing i have learned which might help you is they CANNOT retrieve your goods to pay for their completley made up fees. DONT GIVE IN TO THEM

Wow. Sooo rude they don’t care if your disabled or I’ll or dead. So rude the operator has no manners and I don’t no how she had a job and avoid if u can at all cost. They are here to make ur life worse and don’t care about nothing but a debt which they will just say they have power to increase what kind of horrible people …. There should be a lawsuit set out on these bailif companies. They should all burn and die….🙏

Worse scammer company authorised by the government. Hopevthey all drop dead. Beware worse bully tactics ever. They should lose their licence. Fraud company . Scammers. Legal action should be taken. I hate equita. Hope your building burns down with the advisors in there.

Good luck for anyone involved with this company. They are the most horrible people working there and they don’t care about your problems, they only want your money, their words, not mine.

This company must hire the rudest people in the country. The 2 women I spoke to were extremely rude beyond belief. They kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain I have been trying to pay something for over a month. They had no care in the world in how they spoke to me. Showed very little empathy at all. I've tried to contact the officer at least 3 times and she was never available, then I get told I've made zero to little attempt to contact them. I tried to make a payment over a month ago but the employee couldn't process my payment for whatever reason.....its just been a nightmare trying to settle the account with them.

I am paying my olds flatmate’s council dept! And they are 0 helpful with the payments! Pushing ppl so much I believe one day someone will jump over their balcony!

WHOEVER WANTS TO TAKE THEM TO THE COURT FOR TERRORIZING AND PUSHING PEOPLE TO THE EDGE MENTALLY ETC, like my post and I’m going to create an email to share with you here. This company needs to either stop or respect us!

Would have been a zero review for such a disgusting unprofessional pushy company who just offer no help at all ..spoke to a female adviser who on several occasion said it’s not her problem and they still want to receive payment left me feeling stressed and full of anxiety absolutely disgusting approach to people

Nothing but anxiety and stress from this company they want £429 for a £60 parking ticket a parking ticket I work away most weeks for a few weeks at a time so don’t always get my post,

Can’t back to a hand delivered letter saying they are coming to take goods out of my property at any time after 5pm over a £60 parking fine really so was so anxious to sit in my own home with my 4 year old daughter incase they came knocking to take goods out of my house for a parking fine, said I would pay half and half nxt month that’s no good they said I’ve passed it on to enforcement officers now I don’t know how they can get away with it no the wonder ppls mental health is increasing coming home to letters like that over a parking fine!! Should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Would be minus stars customer service are nothing but bullies paid by dd every month went of work unwell on 0 hour contract so phoned and asked to pay reduced payments till I start back basically told no struggled and paid then borrowed to pay rest of next payment each time I phoned felt so belittled like I don't feel bad enough disgusting treatment passed over to enforcement who were absolutely brilliant and also agreed with me wish I had let it get passed in first place need to sort this place out and fast

I was already in a payment arrangement, missed one payment because they had the incorrect contact information for me and they bumped my fine up by £235. I now cannot afford my gas bill this month or my sons school trip. Cheers mate.

I would of left zero stars however I had to leave one in order to do the review.

They called me and were extreamly unproffessional and extreamly aggressive in there approach. Typical sad little bullies that get a 'hard on' with there powers to sit on the phone demanding money off people.

Feel a bit sorry for them that they ended up having to work such a demeaning worthless job, which must leave them with absolutly zero satisfaction in life.
