Crooks, don't even think about using them.

It’s a shame there isn’t a button for 0 star for this company. Same as everyone else on here. 4 dud batteries, no response from Eplusbatteries so now in the process of getting in touch with PayPal and credit card company

It’s not looking good with them - have been trying to return a Dyson battery to them, tried email twice and chat on their website says they’re unavailable, so radio silence currently.

This company is absolutely shocking, batteries are of poor quality i brought a 3 pack and only 2 turned up. Unable to get in contact with them. Anyone who uses this company and then quickly regrets it, please contact your bank they are very helpful.

Well I should have done my homework and read the reviews before buying. Please please please do not purchase anything from this company. As other reviewers have written so eloquently they will misrepresent the batteries and then they are impossible to return. This company should be blocked and banned from doing business

No response for 6 weeks already..
Don't expect invoice from them, they don't. Don't understand how company function legal in UK market, will report to TAX brunch..

Please Please give this company a miss! I take it though, that if you've got this far, you've already bought batteries from EPlus and are now looking at returns and refunds! Forget it, unless your prepared to dance through many hoops (inc sending a daft video of the battery in your charger) and paying for the postage to return them, with no guarantees of getting your money back! Just another unscrupulous company who seem to continue trading regardless. Your best bet for a refund would be to make a complaint with your bank!
Bunch Of Scumbags!

These batteries are not of the correct quality. Immediately that you pick them up it is obvious that they are very very light. A 5amp hour battery was lasting only 5 minutes in the drill. A classic example of ‘buy cheap buy rubbish’.

Ordered pack of 4 dewalt batteries, one completely dud but can’t any response from the company. Rubbish service and have very little faith that other 3 are going to last. Lesson learnt, wish id read reviews first !!!

Not received my order and emailed on numerous occasions no to reply stay away

I bought 3 Makita batties from this company, they sent the the wrong batteries. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but they have completely ignored me, failed to respond. Pretty bad show, Eplus Batteries. 😡

Purchased 6 5ah batteries powered doesn't last tried calling the contact number and emailing them with no joy DONT BUY BATTERIES FROM THIS COMPANY

This is my second review. This company is so bad I have written to my MP. The Chinese government, Google,Trading Standards.
Please bring this company to the attention of your MP

Bought 2 5amp batteries, one would not charge the other lasts about a minute, contacted them, they asked for a video of items, so sent it, had no reply since.
Contacted them with 7 emails over 2 months but company does not reply. Avoid these scammers like the plague.

Makita 5.5ah batteries absolutely rubbish lasted about 4 weeks . Less than half the weight of originals , no power from new to run a circular saw or 4" disc cutter, now won't even charge,stay clear of this company

I've bought quite a few batteries from eplus over the years, and had mixed results. I've probably had about 4 or 5 18v Makita batteries, and 2 have failed. Managed to get a replacement for one, which is still going (although that was a massive struggle - appaling customer service). Bought 2 10.8V Makita batteries- one failed immediately. Bought 4 Paslode batteries - rubbish. Don't fit in the gun well, and failed quick - all 4. That's the last time I wasted my money. Don't waste yours. Just buy the genuine article - you'll thank me in the end.

The 4 makita 5 and hour batteries arrived well packed and in a reasonable time frame.
that said, they are complete garbage, they are so light, just about run a radio fora shift. that's it. utter rubbish.
one fails to charge, only charged 3 or 4 times.
don't waste your money, i did.
no reply to emails, given up asking for a refund.

It's 27th November 2024.
Eplus has taken my money over 6 weeks ago and my batteries have not arrived. I've emailed them 4 times without response.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Warning do not buy Eplusbatteries I bought 4 5ah for milwaukee indicator said fully charged when put on skillsaw or sds 3 or 4 seconds they last all 4 the same Warning do not buy lesson learned I'll stick with the genuine in future

I ordered what I thought were genuine Makita batteries which turned out to be cheap compatible ones. I emailed the company before dispatch and they promptly replied and agreed a refund. I received my refund within 48hours. So although I feel they could make the branding (or lack of) clearer… I cannot fault their customer service and speedy response.
