Bought 2 9ah batteries absolute garbage charge and run time is worse than my 2ah Makita batteries and not the power. Contact with them is useless just not worth ever considering again.

received my order for 4 x 9amph batteries today, think i ordered thursday, very happy to have spare back up batteries but i initially bought them for my makita disc cutter and unfortunately the housing that holds the batteries is smaller than the batteries, something a description and measurements on the site may have helped avoid, anyway ill give these a road test and maybe opt for the 6 amph

Paid for 6 batteries as part of an urgent boat refit.
2 weeks later I am still waiting for delivery or any sort of answer as to where they are. Had a few replies via email saying they're asking the logistics company.
How long does this take in a modern world to communicate with logistics DHL (another company not to be relied upon).
No goods. No refund. Equals theft in my eyes. I was asked by my builder to purchase based on the reviews of their kit. Having read reviews of this company - just don't buy anything from them their kit sounds lethal.
I am taking this to the financial ombudsman.

Do not use this company, l purchased 2 18v 5ah replacement Makita batteries and neither will hold any charge they fail after approx 1 minutes use . They do not respond to emails and do not offer a phone service. Total scammers!!

Please never buy from this site, bought 4 makita batteries from them and all 4 didn’t charge from the start. Have sent 4 emails to them and have never replied. Total scammers please do not buy.

Bought 5 amp makita battery about 6 weeks ago flattened really fast now refusing to charge utter rubbish avoid

Brought batteries in October 2021 one failed on 1st March 2022. Sent three emails to get a replacement as it was suppose to be covered by one year guarantee BUT NO REPLY
No telephone number or address 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Brought a 6ah makita replacement from them. 1st battery died after 5 cuts with a recip saw, recharged and tried again it died again, this time it failed to charge.
After they offered a 5% discount on my next purchase,which I refused. I got a replacement battery sent out, which I did get within a few days.
The same thing died after 6 cuts, I've not even attempted to try recharge as its pointless .
I got 17 cuts out of my 5ah original makita that is starting to fail, hence why I tried eplus. Don't bother with these batteries. Your just throwing money away

What a load of rubbish. Don't even charge on the first charge and no response to emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bought 2 batteries for my Makita power saw, both failed to take full charge initially, by 3rd attempt at charging they both failed completely, not taking any charge but getting VERY hot in charger. Contacted Eplusbatteries but had no response. DO NOT BUY THESE BATTERIES, THEY ARE DANGEROUS.

Brought two 18v 3.6ah ni cad batteries for dewalt batteries are terrible and not worth buying, customer service did replace but second set no better. Theses batteries do not have any lasting power to run a drill/ saw ever a touch doesn't last that long. My ten year old plus 2.4ah dewalt batteries have more power and last. DO NOT BUY THESES BATTERIES WASTE OF MONEY

Purchased 2 x 18v 5ah batteries after reading the "reviews" on their site, which are obviously fake and used to lure people into thinking they are good. Yup it sucked me in also.
1st use of the batteries in a 36v tool and they lasted less no more than 10mins, compared to genuine batteries that lasted over 40mins.
emailed asking for a refund and got what seems to be the standard response from them

Absolutely disgusting service only matced by their abysmal batteries.
2 batteries only lasted a week, 1 lasted a month and the other about 3 months probably because I only used it for my radio.
When I contacted EplusBatteries they asked for videos of them being faulty and offered to replace them, I said I wanted a refund and they stopped replying.
Please do not buy these batteries!!!

Absolutely appalling, I bought 4 Batteries all faulty, I have sent a video of them not charging as requested,and numerous e mails, they can’t even be bothered to reply. Extremely bad, I would definitely not buy from them again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to any one .

Con men, battery went faulty, they told me it was still under warranty. Won't replace, just offered 8% discount. AVOID

I purchases 3 batteries and a USB power supplies. The Quality of the products is poor, the fitting is loose, the USB power supply didn't fully function, the capacity of the batteries is less than my 12 year old Makita one of the same alleged size. Try to chat on the 24 hour help - no chance that exists. Item sent back with their RMA after sending a video. The shipment tracked arrived and signed for still no credit or acknowledgment after 13 days.

Terrible customer service and in superior product!!!! Refuse to change batteries that have failed during warranty period!!! Had 2 fail after 8 weeks which they replaced after a lot of hassle then 6 months later had another 2 fail which they refuse to replace (clearly states 1 year warranty!!!) just buy the genuine article you get what you pay for

We managed to narrowly avoid a house fire after an eplus "makita" compatible battery burst into flames after 20 of charging.
Fortunately we were in the house and got the first under control.
Tried to contact Eplus but have had zero response either via email or messenger.
Would have loved to post the images I have of the damage a burst lithium ion battery can cause.

DO NOT BUY THESE BATTERIES.

Disgusting company, faulty batteries and wanted me to purchase more by offering 8% discount on future order. Wanted me to upload a video to show poor performance, how is that possible. Opened a dispute through paypal and it looks like paypal are on their side. Want me to ship the batteries at my cost to china, have explained to paypal its not possible as they are prohibited items being faulty. Bought 4 for £99 what a costly mistake, never again. Reporting to trading standards now.
