Very thorough job and extremely pleased with the result.

Highly recommend! Staff cleaned house perfectly before we moved in.

First and most importantly, the job was immaculately done, I'm very happy with the end result. Luis and team managed to beat the toughest stains. It was very easy to communicate with the team and all requests were met. The booking process was also smooth. The one thing to note is that their schedule fills up incredibly quickly - I can understand having seen the quality of work - and therefore it's worth thinking well ahead!

I was extremely happy with EP cleaners service. I had a greasy extractor and the cleaners left me with a sparkling extractor and kitchen. I am thrilled! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The only thing i got wrong was the time required, I thought 12hrs (3 cleaners x 4hrs) of cleaning would be enough time to do the kitchen, bathroom and a couple of rooms. The priority was kitchen and bathroom and it took 12hrs to do just that which was surprising to me. So please make sure you calculate the time for the cleaning accordingly. The job done was fantastic!

They did a great cleaning job BUT price went up 25% on site and wasn't really anything I could do about it at that stage, but let them continue with the job. It seems it was a bigger job than the had anticipated, not really avoidable on their/my part, It was an end of tenancy clean.

Just as someone else said they aren't the cheapest anyway..and this put it in the realm of "ouch". However, all that being said, if you want the cheapest you are forgoing the best!

That was the only slight negative on a 1st class cleaning job. I must emphasise that I would use them again as it really was immaculate.

Luis and his team were excellent. Courteous and efficient. They did an amazing job and I would definitely book them again.

My flatmate and I organised a deep clean for our flat, and it has never been so clean! The cleaners arrived on time, and they did an amazing job. They got rid of stains I didn't think it was even possible to remove! Would definitely use again, and would definitely recommend.

EP cleaners did an end of tenancy clean for me in April. Alina and her colleague were punctual, polite, professional and they did an amazing job cleaning our two bed apartment. The place was spotless when they left. From the first phone call to the end of the clean EP Cleaners were great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

EP Cleaners are simply superb! From my very first call in last minute desperation to the finished brilliant clean, EP Cleaners were faultless. Eamonn & Sarah came to our rescue! They were friendly. ultra-efficient in both calls & emails & arranged a team of cleaners for us with only a couple of days to spare in between tenants. I cannot thank them enough nor praise them highly enough. The team of cleaners headed by the wonderful Luis arrived right on time. Luis & I talked through what was needed and then we left the team to it . I would like to emphasise that this was a very big job in a big house demanding a great deal of ultra-cleaning , particularly in a huge kitchen/open dining space ! When we returned , we were staggered by the standard of cleaning -it was absolutely immaculate! Everywhere just sparkled and looked new ~the many kitchen cupboards, the cooker, the fridge , the windows, the floors-brilliant immaculate job. The rest of the house was exactly the same - the bathrooms, the showers, wardrobes, carpets were all cleaned to the very highest of standards . It would be impossible to have achieved a more immaculate clean. The team had not quite finished when we arrived as the job was a very big and time-consuming one so Luis and the lovely team of ladies stayed for an extra two hours. The team of were fantastic ~ I cannot praise them highly enough.
If you are looking for the very highest of cleaning standards then EP Cleaners are 5 star in every way. Thank you so much again Eamonn & Sarah. Most of all huge grateful thanks to Luis and the team of ladies who worked incredibly hard for hours on end to achieve such a fantastic transformation ! Thank you. I cannot recommend EP Cleaners more highly.

I would highly recommend EP Cleaners.
They did a deep clean of our flat back in February, they were punctual, efficient, very friendly and professional.
The quality of their work is extremely high, both myself and my partner were very impressed, they completely exceeded our expectations.
I’d recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality clean of their property and would definitely use them again in future.

We used EP cleaners for a heavy duty clean of a flat. They turned up dead on time. The flat was really in a very bad way because the tenant is a very heavy smoker. I cannot emphasise how hard they must have worked to get it as clean as they did. I would certainly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thanks to Alina and her team !

Thoroughly recommend EP to anyone needing a deepclean service. Highly professional from first contact - on the ground cleaning crew extremely helpful and excellent at what they do.

I used EP Cleaners for a clean of my house after refurbishment but before decoration. Brick dust and grime everywhere from the building and electrical work.
Alina and her co-worker were fantastic. They arrived before I did - I had no heating and the morning was freezing. I did not want to be them.
They were so polite and professional, I left them to it.
I arrived back to my house all wonderfully prepped, ready for the decorating and looking more like a home again.
Alina checked I was completely happy before they packed up and disappeared with all their equipment, not leaving anything behind.
I have never used deep cleaners before and was a little hesitant to do so because I thought I would get 'hit' on hidden costs or they would not finish on time and I would have to pay out so much more on these 'extras' that you read about so many times.
I was not to worry at all. This is a professional cleaning company and well worth the excellent reviews they receive.

Such a fabulous clean carried out, thank you. Could not fault Luis and his colleagues and the days work they put in and it was a pleasure to have them in the house, lovely people. I could not believe how good the deep cleanse was. The oven looks like it is brand new, the house is sparkling. Well done and thank you again.

Luis and his team were absolutely excellent from start to finish, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The oven and the fridge, at 8 years old, had never been cleaned and it is no exaggeration to say that they now look like new and are safe to use once again. The rest of the flat had also rarely been hygienically cleaned and after Luis and the ladies had finished it was spotless and clean.
