Items arrived as described, I would shop from this company again.

Received our sports rx glasses today and I have to say they're amazing. Maggie was fantastic throughout offering valuable advice and quick responses to my questions. Would without a doubt use them again.

Excellent customer service, quick to respond to questions regarding prescription etc. Top quality product and fast delivery. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Never again. They pose as a UK company with a .co.uk domain so you expect delivery within a few days when they say despatched by Royal Mail.

The reality is it comes from Hungary and what was expected within days now appears to be weeks.

I have ordered two Opti-Free Puremoist solution. When it arrived, the solution had expired for two months already. I tried to contact them and still waiting for reply.

Excellent service never had a problem always make sure I reorder before I use my last pair

Good:
*Customer services are responsive and generally helpful. Credit to Oana on that note
* no issues with Topcashback- came through quite quickly

Not so great: slow, slow delivery
* ordered 5th May x 1 year supply. No issues mentioned with stock at time of ordering. 5-15 day delivery timeline quoted and most same day despatch
* 7th May: not everything in stock- aim to despatch 17th May, 5-20 day turnaround.
*17th May: not everything in stock, now 27th May/28th May same delivery timeframe
*18th May: partial order despatch x 3 months supply x 1 eye
*27th May: still can’t fulfil remaining order, now expecting despatch to be 8th June

*28th May: notify company my existing supply runs out June 8th
* 30th May: partial order arrives
*10th June: request refund: acknowledged and remaining order cancelled.
*15th June: partial order returned
*16th June: partial return received
*2nd July- still waiting for £400 refund

In the end, I ordered a 1 month cover supply from Lensstore and went back to FeelGood Contacts for the year supply, and both arrived next day.

So in summary, yes they are cheaper, so be organised and order 2 months in advance. Maybe Brexit has hampered their operational efficiency?

I ordered three bottles of Boston Simplus and was shocked to discover that all three were due to expire within a month. I will not order from eOpticians again as this suggests a lack of care and efficiency on their part.

I believed I had ordered 6 boxes of £48. But 55 individual lens arrived - making them the most expensive lenses on the market. They arrived several months after ordering, and were in 5 lens boxes marked 'not for resale' - i.e. the strips that Opticians give out as a free trial. I emailed the company and did not receive a reply. I don't give any stars or marks and would never use again. I wish I had not wasted my money as I do not earn much.

Great business, transparent transactions, I'm a repeat customer. Cashback tracked correctly when I first tried them. Never tried cashback in later purchases. Genuine products are great prices. Free delivery over £40 orders is a bonus.

Very impressed. I couldn’t afford to go to the opticians for glasses this year and thought i would take a gamble with this website. I paid about a quarter of the price i would have at vision express. I ordered a pair of guess glasses with prescription lenses on a Monday morning and they arrived the following Tuesday in excellent condition and even the lenses were thin without a thin option (-2). Pleasant experience and tracking provided from Hungary and then to Royal Mail here in England. Many thanks.

Contact lenses came as expected, however still waiting for cashback over 1 year on.
Cashback was a significant amount in this case and they wouldn't have been cheaper otherwise. Cashback didn't automatically work and topcashback have been chasing but eopticians wont respond to the claim.

First time I have ordered contact lenses from here, definitely the cheapest on the internet. Although they are not based in the UK delivery was extremely quick and tracked all the way. Don't be put off by lack of reviews , 100% recommended.

Have used this company a few times and cannot fault them , prices are so much cheaper than other contact lens suppliers sorry to say that they do not do a next day delivery as items are dispatched from abroad but according to my last delivery note they are looking at setting up in the UK and will be offering next day delivery.Will certainly be buying from this company again.

Bit dubious as couldn't find many reviews, and they were the cheapest by a good margin. Contact lenses ordered on 15th June, arrived 29th June. Happy with service and price paid. Would use again.

Quick delivery, based in London but is owned by someone if Hungarian origin so don't be alarmed if you see these details crop up on invoices etc. Very quick, genuine items. Would use again.
