The engineer didnt' leave the…
The engineer didnt' leave the instruction manual after install so I had to call them to ask that it be delivered which they did. However if I hadn't called we wouldn't have an instruction manual!

Starts to have effect straight away…
Professionally fitted their Atmos PIV in my attic in just a few hours.
It was done very neatly despite having to drill through a rendered gable which could last have been rendered any time in the last 100 years.
Very happy with the neatness ans simplicity, and beginning to see the effect on air quality straight away.

Really good product and communication
Shai the surveyor was really lovely and extremely helpful, even calling on the day of the installation to check I was happy with everything. Adam the engineer who installed the products was very knowledgeable and managed to alter the plans when my house was a challenge.

So much better than we expected
We live in a Victorian terrace property in Northamptonshire which has moderate radon levels. We originally looked at getting the EnviroVent to help bring the radon reading down to a safe level. However, as soon as it was installed we noticed that all condensation in our house disappeared, which was amazing. Being a Victorian house the condensation was quite bad over the winter months. We weren’t quite expecting for it to work as quickly as it did.
We also had our house re-checked for radon after the unit was put in and the levels have reduced right down to a safe level.
Our sales consultant Chris Willis was fantastic and helped us through the process from start to finish. All in all a 5 star product and experience, would highly recommend :-)
