You placed the order on Sunday 5th, The website had a huge banner at the top telling all our lovely customers we where on Holiday until the 10th July. We returned on Friday the 10th and immedietly worked like crazy to catch up and dispatch most orders - yours was engraved and dispatched friday - Please expect delivery today - sorry for the delay.......
