We had a very bad experience. Communication and service were poor - work delayed without reason, emails left unanswered, scaffolding team letting themselves into my neighbours' property without permission and leaving their scaffolding on for 2 weeks after we'd been told they'd take it out.

After the works took place, we noticed that the gutter had been damaged, which they then refused to repair - leaving us to arrange and pay for more scaffolding and repairs once the works were finished. Absolutely avoid - there are lots of better companies out there.

Top notice from start to finish, done my bi-folding doors, shutter blind and lantern with them and Terry went out of his way to help me. Highly recommended

Absolutely shocking customer service and a complete waste of my time. After a visit to the showroom I was assured by Sales Manager John Panico that I would be able to have the window and door that I needed urgently for my loft conversion supplied within 4-5 weeks, which was just enough time without causing delay to the build. The quote that he promised to send within 2 days only arrived after 10 days - after 2 phonecalls to chase it up - and then it was for a roof light that we had mentioned, not the items I actually needed. More chasing and I receive part of the quote I had asked for, now 2 weeks after my showroom visit. My email to query this and request the full quote did not receive a response. I contacted Enfield Windows to discuss with someone else (hoping they might be more useful) and was told the windows would actually take 12 weeks. I am absolutely appalled at this customer service, and especially disappointed as I made it clear that it was very urgent and John assured me that it wasn’t a problem. Thanks so much for giving me false hope, causing major stress and wasting time during which I could have ordered from somewhere else. It is now too late to order windows in time for my loft conversion and I really don’t know what I’m going to do.

Don't bother using this company! Dragged out our order for weeks despite knowing it was urgent. Then said it would be another 4-6 weeks for installation using covid as excuse. Cancelled my order and used Ask Windows in NW7 who were not only CHEAPER for identical door but installed our new door 2.5 weeks later!

We has a terrible experience back in 2015 with Enfield windows. We were promised any damaged caused to walls during the installation process would be rectified, but we were left with botched wall repairs which used plaster over expanding foam, which was unsightly at best and could not be decorated as it was unstable and cracking. Also had to call them back 3 times to fix poorly fitted windows sills which fell off of 2 different windows twice. We got sick of calling these cowboys (Enfield windows) and got these issue fixed by our handyman in the end.

Deeply disappointed by a lack of communication and slow timelines. I ordered and paid for windows and shutters in late May, the windows were installed in August and the shutters are still nowhere near delivery, it's looking like December now.

I also requested a quote for a front door, twice, but they never responded so I won't be buying from them again.

Workmanship was good but customer service and sales poor.

Not a trust worthy company -
do not deliver what is agreed and then blatantly lie about the product and blame the manufacturer -
Use 'barrow-boy tactics' to get payment -
