Dzień dobry, mam problem z wypłatą pieniędzy z Energycasino35. Weryfikację dowodu osobistego, oraz rachunku który opłacam przeszła pomyślnie, jednak do weryfikacji metody płatności dałem karte Visa debit z mBank,
Która też przeszła pozytywnie weryfikację, niestety mój bank ma blokadę otrzymywania pieniędzy ze wszystkich możliwych źródeł oprócz wynagrodzenia z pracy. Zauważyłem że do metody wpłacenia, oraz wypłacenia pieniędzy elektroniczny portfel "MuchBetter".

Do not fall for this awful casino site, promotion gives you 50 free spins no wagering upon £10 deposit, but your winnings can not be withdrawn without wagering £10 you deposit, unless you pay 3% fee for withdrawal. What a joke, also deposit takes 2 seconds (I saw in comments takes a day to others) however, withdrawal takes 3-5 days. The website is laggy, the T & C’s are ridiculous. Dieses Casino ist die reinste Verarschung. Hab so blöd wie ich bin schon 7 × eingezahlt, und immer wieder das gleiche. Null Chance zu gewinnen. Egal welcher Tag, egal welches Spiel, egal welcher Spieleanbieter. Von 1100€ Razor Shark bis auf 260€ auf 2,50€ Einsatz. Dann Freispiele bekommen, und dann sage und schreibe bei den Freispielen auf solch einen Einsatz nur genau 1€ gewonnen. Also schlimmer geht's echt nicht. Und dann sagt man mir noch im Chat, daß die Slots SEHR FAIR eingestellt sind und ständig kontrolliert werden. Werden auch noch für's Lügen bezahlt.

Seems poor to average in terms of quality
Seems poor in terms of quality, sometimes it’s quality over quantity! You have a lot of games which is great but when you first deposit in my experience it can take anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes just waiting for the deposit to show up in your account, some games are laggy but the live casino was fine, the rtp is the same as most sites so no issues there and the withdrawal process compared to a lot of places which are instant or within an hour so would be deemed as slow as mine took 2-3 days. So I guess an average experience here at energy casino and some website and app design/updates are needed to compete with other well known companies.
