5000 Euro und kein Vollbild
Hier meine Erfahrungen. Ich bin schon mehrere Jahre bei Energy Kunde und am Anfang habe ich dort auch mal was gewonnen aber seit dem wird es immer schlimmer. Speziell gehe ich jetzt auf die letzten 2 Wochen ein und speziell Book of Dead. In Summe habe ich dort jetzt bestimmt 5000!! Euro verspielt. Dabei habe ich teilweise 2000-3000 Euro am Stück verspielt (auf 2 - 5 Euro) und nicht mal vernünftige Freispiele bekommen. Jetzt kommen wir mal zu Book of Dead. Das ist reiner Betrug. Ich habe dort bestimmt 10000 Euro und mehr umgesetzt ( wieder auf 2 - 5 Euro) und hatte ungelogen in der ganzen Zeit kein einziges Vollbild von einem Buchstaben in den Freispielen. Das ist einfach unmöglich bei einer normalen RTP oder Spielerprofil. Aber hier geht es. Ich kann das null nachvollziehen und da braucht mir der Support auch nicht mit einem "long time average" kommen, welcher aktuell auch nur per Email erreichbar ist und die gleichen Floskeln bringt. Das ist alles nicht normal und habe ich noch nie erlebt. Bei so einer Summe nicht einen vernünftigen Gewinn zu generieren ist abzocke. Der Kunde welcher tausende Euro investiert, wird hier ja auch nur abgespeißt vom Support.

Aber seit dem ich wieder einzahle und irgendwelche Fragen habe bekomme ich einfach keine Antwort.
Ich habe bestimmt schon 10 Emails geschrieben, über die Webseite oder die Email Adresse, leider keinerlei Antwort.
Den Chat in deutsch kann man vergessen, nie jemand da.
Über Telefon nicht erreichbar.
Was soll man da denken?
Also ich zahle da nichts mehr ein, denn sollte es zur Auszahlung kommen und es wird nicht ausgezahlt, ist ja niemand erreichbar!

Ich habe dort mein Konto zur Spielsuchtprävention Anfang 2020 sperren lassen. Nun hatte ich einen Rückfall und habe mitbekommen, dass mein Account immer noch geöffnet war und ich Einzahlungen uneingeschränkt tätigen konnte. Habe natürlich einen hohen Betrag eingezahlt und absolut nichts gewonnen. Auf meine E-Mail an den Kundenservice, dass ich doch um Accountschließung gebeten habe wurde nur gesagt dass ich angeblich nie eine E-Mail verschickt hätte und sie diese nicht finden können.
Hier wurde absolut fahrlässig mit der Spielsucht eines Spielers umgangen. Ich werde in diesem Fall meinen Anwalt einschalten.

When it comes to paying out they probably won’t bother! Easy option is to not play here in the first place. They confiscated my winnings as said I had a duplicate account however never proved it. Good casino don’t go from bad reviews
Don’t see what the bad reviews are about tbh I’ve played some bad casinos and this is not one of them. Made a small deposit of £25 and got up to £185 my own fault raised the stakes and tried to hit the jackpot haha but made another deposit of £15 and won again up to £190 then withdrew the funds don’t see the problem it’s a good casino just bet what you can afford and you’ll be a lot happier. Only issue I have is once deposited takes about 5 mins to update your balance but after that it’s fair game
