So I won on a game then it crashed before the reel finished i got up to over 200 euro from a 20 cent spin then game crashed and i lose the win. I report problem and after waiting over a month the problem still not fixed. The website has done nothing to fix the issue other than to send an email to the game provider of the game I was playing.

I have complained to support for the last 4 weeks all they do is link me terms and coneditions reminding me that crashed games are my problem not the website and they dont have to pay out.

Would give this casino 0 stars if possible. By all means avoid this casino. When you win they ask all the documents that takes almost 3 days to "verify". After trying sending all the documents they still need more. After that, checking if the last document is approved, my account get's premanently closed with 80€ of winnigs. They emailed me that they've found suspicious activity on my account. Do not log in and check the approval with vpn on that's the "reason" that my whole account got locked. What a big joke this is.

An Update --- after 3 attempts to withdraw it was a jurisdiction issue with mastercard and Energy as in their TC was able to send the winnings to an alternate verified account that is mine. bottom line is before using any CC verify they accept payments to prevent a bad few days of having the fun of winning turn to worries. Satisfied with final outcome YES.
