Cheers to the member of staff Harry who always helps me with cups when i forget to bring my own bottle or can’t because of work. He also treats me like a friend which is very friendly and genuine.

it is a great gym everything is kept tidy and organised and the staff are always willing to help the equipment is very good and never to busy to fit a workout in!

Gym has a lot of gold equipment, really lovely environment where people are willing to help especially Harry!! Overall, it’s a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience with Harry and Wayne

I had a lovely interaction, induction and sign up with Harry and Wayne. They really made me feel welcomed and explained everything thoroughly. The staff here are really good with customer service😁😁 would recommend

Joining the gym was the best decision!
Harry,Wayne,Skye and John have been nothing but amazing to me starting up at the gym for the first time. I couldn’t recommend it more!!!

The gym is quite friendly mostly but there is bad gym etiquette because some people take "ownership" of the weights benches by leaving their phones on them whilst they are working out somewhere else. Also people are taking the benches for squatting and other exercises and they should be there for the free weight. Staff need to put an end to this.

harry and john are really nice and helpful they make it feel really welcoming and comfortable when you’ve never been gym before !! my pookies

Good price, no frills but you can get a quality workout in.

Pelé has been my Personal Trainer for the last two years. He has encouraged and pushed me and I would 100% recommend him. Without a doubt one of the best decisions I have made in recent years. With his passion and objective eye, I have progressed on my fitness journey beyond my own expectations.

The team in general are without exception, friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the wide variety of machines and equipment and the helpful staff like Harry and Skye.

Had an Induction with sky who showed me how to use the machines. Great experience.

Great environment with right equipments and support

This gym is very friendly, I have only been coming for a few months but I am really enjoying it. I got an induction with Wayne and also a great training program to have some routine, I am really progressing , recommend to anyone!
