Such a great, friendly little gym! Classes are such a great vibe, you always go home with a big smile on your face. All the PT’s are fab, but I have a soft spot for Skye, she’s always so encouraging and brings the energy!

I love the Zumba, the strength classes is lovely too. Skye is exceptional she is good. The classes are good. And the staff are always ready to help. I feel like family here.

I have been attending Skye’s Zumba class for years now, and I absolutely adore her to pieces! She brings so much joy to every single session and makes me so incredibly happy. Every class is fresh and interesting because she mixes it up with different songs and dances. I especially love it when she gives us the chance to groove to an "oldie but goodie"—the whole room just goes crazy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Skye, for being such an amazing instructor!

The whole gym all in all is a massive vibe feel like home lots of polite and helpful people and classes are wicked skye does zumba and she is out this world amazing and yoga teacher are really amazing if ur up for making new freinds and a all in all atmosphere hear wear u come

⭐ 1 Star – Very Bad Experience

I used this gym only once, and it was a terrible experience. Most of the equipment was rusty, and the toilet and changing rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained.

I joined on an “anytime cancel” plan, but they still charged me for another month. Because of this, I cancelled my direct debit through my bank. After that, they passed my case to a debt collection agency, which made the situation even worse.

I have 7–8 years of gym experience, and this is by far the worst gym I’ve dealt with. It caused me nothing but stress and frustration.

For anyone thinking about joining Energie Fitness Erith — please think carefully before signing up.

I have joined recently (about a month) and have been so impressed by how welcoming the gym has been. The staff are super nice and the classes I’ve been to have been amazing. They really take notice and check on you. I would highly recommend if you’re new to going to the gym.

Very friendly gym, staff are welcoming. not been to a gym in a year and the team made me feel really comfortable, recommend it to anyone thinking of starting up!

It is a good gym, but couple of issue needs to look at. One problem opening time 08:00 over the weekends and bank holidays is too late. It should open as normal at 06:00. If not 06:00 then no later than 07:00. Nowadays weekends are not as before. So many people work on the weekends as a normal day.Another problem is the changing room. There are so many lockers left locked overnight. We informed your staff so many times. Some time you couldn't find a locker to put your stuff in.

I just recently joined so I am still getting quite used to it. However, I find the staff very lovely and helpful. They gave me a free induction which was very useful. I was even able to try out a class which was also very nice. The gym itself is quite small but all the machines that you will need is there available for you to use and honestly, I really like it and it’s also very cheap compared to other gyms.

I've been a member for three years, which is the longest I've been a member at any gym. The staff are fantastic and the gym feels a real community space. Everyone is welcoming and I get so much from the classes. A big shout out to Pele, Wayne, Sky and John who always give me the best gym experience and work so hard to make everyone feel comfortable and motivated.

I’ve been going to this gym for over 8 years and I feel so comfortable working out in this gym , all the staff are amazing and are always there for you when needed glad to be back

Great Gym, left for a little while but found myself missing the atmosphere & people, classes are great, doing PT’S with Pelè enjoying it so much even though he works me & Jan hard!! He is an amazing trainer would HIGHLY recommend him, if your looking to progress in your fitness journey he is the man, he is very knowledgeable, kind & helpful but he will push you to do better sometimes I need that, thank you Pelè x
