The gym is fair
The gym is well equipped. However, it is not spacious enough. The gym needs more lockers as the locker spaces aren't enough.

Best gym option in Cricklewood
Clean and organised gym, with excellent environment.
Professional, helpful and friendly staff.
The variety of training machines is high and with good quality.
It has a good range of classes options too at affordable prices, which probably makes this gym the best option in Cricklewood.
However, the changing room is gender mixed and the classes room is small without sound proof walls, which is not ideal/suitable for certain workouts.
It doesn’t not offer car park.

They don’t want to cancel your membership when you tell them too
I called them to let them know that I had mistakenly bought a membership there when all I really wanted to do was ask to see the membership contract before committing to a purchase. If I wish to discontinue my subscription, they advise me to send them an email. They have just plain disregarded my email, despite my having sent it. They haven't responded to me all day. When I don't want to come to this gym, they are attempting to steal my money. I advise you don’t go to this gym if don’t want problems trying cancel your membership.

Good, local gym… when they open on time
Friendly, clean gym with good equipment and never too busy at peak hours.
The gym is missing a decent floor space for core/ mat work. The main floor area is normally being used for classes whenever I go.
Also very disappointing that twice in 2 weeks I turned up during opening hours and the gym was closed. I waited outside in the rain at 8am for 45 minutes with a group of people before I had to leave. I’m not sure when they eventually opened the gym but it wasn’t a great start to a Sunday…

Not enough equipments in the gym
Not enough equipments in the gym, too busy ....very few to no steps and sometimes not enough bikes for a class as some are faulty
Classes do not start on time but sometimes finish on time so you don't get enough workout.
Instructors are overall good though
The online system doesn't work well

Energie fitness is a family, you feel at home, no judgements made on your appearance
I have been to many of the local gyms, this by far is the best one
The machines are new and dependant on the time you go, you have a great choice

Great workout - good fun
I have been going to Anila's classes for a while now and she never failed to deliver, I much enjoy all her classes and the energy she puts into them, whether it's core blast or HIIT. Highly recomend her.

Rotten customer service
I froze my membership for a month but club took the money anyway then promised me a refund when I called to ask why, but then didn’t pay the refund and when I called to follow up on this, Manager, Andrea, insisted I tell her what I intended to do in 3 months’ time, was completely uninterested in what had previously been agreed several days prior, talked loudly over me over and over again, dropped the phone on me twice, then informed me she had cancelled my membership and I would get my refund in 8 weeks!

Very nice staff. Could do with resistance band pairs or chains for accomodating resistance. And also a nordic bench or something so people can do glute ham raises or nordic curls. Overrall very nice experience.
