Awful Customer Service - Giftcards
The whole referral gift card offer is a total scam. Not only do you have to fight to receive the giftcard but their customer service is appalling! As they have not replied to any of my numerous emails.

I would like to share my experience at…
I would like to share my experience at the gym. I do classes on Sat and Sun. I really enjoy the classes because Joao is such a good instructor. He is very professional, he always finds challenging exercises and puts you into your break point, what is great ! Highly recommended.

GYM NOT OPEN AGAIN!
I went at 06.05 this morning and for the second time in a month the gym was NOT open. I waited outside until 06.50 and still it was closed. When i passed going to work at 08.20 it was still closed with a newer group of people waiting patiently outside. To be 5 or 10 minutes late is one thing but hours late in opening is totally unacceptable. Ever since the couple that were managing it left the pleace has gone downhill. Not as clean as it was, weights not in their right places, machines broken for weeks, vile music playing in the morning and not a very pleasant enviornment. I am now along with a couple of other members looking for an alternative gym that opens on time.

Highlights of awareness
A couple of the Machines wasn't working, which made it hard to do my intended workout. Alot of the staff are new so they don't now much about their online app when booking virital classes. Also the showers are sometimes not very clean. They don't have enough yoga and meditation classes on offer in class (gym). Not all the staff are friendly.

Small gym. Not alot of equipment. But its clean. Good price with 30 days contract notice.

Comfortable and supportive environment
Comfortable and supportive environment. Amazing equipment and hell from staff. The atmosphere as a new gym-goer was welcoming and I feel really safe there.

Great onboarding processes and great facilities for a reasonable price
Onboarding process was quick and easy. Vicky gave a comprehensive tour of the gym, explained everything clearly and sent us the membership options without being pushy. Once signed up she give a mini induction and we were on our way :-)

I went there only once in 2months so…
I went there only once in 2months so decided to freeze my membership. Surprise surprise , I have got charged £70 out of nowhere after 3months, tried to cancel my membership during freeze time just in case but it wont allow me as it was FREEZED. No reminder emails or so, very disappointing and confusing, such an expensive membership for only 1 visit ! Never again.

Please note, many of our clubs have caps/limits on the time you are allowed to freeze your membership which likely explains the payments which have been charged to you. Friendly gym with great service
It's conveniently located on Cricklewood high street, the gym is clean, the equipment itself is in great condition and the staff are friendly.
