Irresponsible
Irresponsible, innefficient, incompetent, ignorant- these are the 4 words that come to my mind when I think about the interaction with enact during my re-mortgage.
The customer portal is confusing and contradicting itself what needs doing Read vs Sign vs Download vs Upload ? 3 Places with chat windows god knows which one is which. Whatever you upload there's no trace of it.
I spoke to one of my colleagues which coincidentally was going with a re-mortgage through them as well, oh boy, every-single-problem I described - he went through it too. Can't be a "me" problem anymore.
Zero comms over phone, only email notifications now and then. Every interaction takes 5 working days. Case manager seems to do the job as a hobby whenever the mood is right. After them not responding to correspondence I receive automated messages with suggestions to stop the remortgage. What a joke.

Very helpful team
Following the recent completion of our remortgage transaction, the Enact team were extremely helpful and proactive throughout the whole process. They made sure everything went smoothly and kept us well informed at every stage.
The online portal was very easy to use and interactive, and the regular updates made it much easier for us to keep track of the progress. Whenever we had any questions, the team were always quick to respond and happy to help.
Overall, we were very impressed with the service and communication from Enact. Thank you to the whole team for making the remortgage process so smooth and straightforward.

very sluggish service and its been more than 3 months for using their service to buy a property.. No direct contacts. If the person in charge goes on leave nobody covers the job.

I would give 4.5 stars if I could. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone I spoke to at Enact was helpful and friendly. My only small comment is that I felt pushed to do things earlier than actually needed (as I didn't want to complete too soon) but on the whole I was very happy with the service.

Used for remortgaging and they were very efficient and great at communicating. Everything went very smoothly. The only thing that could be improved is some of the wording in their help documentation.
