I would highly recommend this company, orders arrive quickly and very well packaged. The customer service is some of the best I have experienced, they are very helpful and go above and beyond. I will definitely be using them again and can highly recommend them.

I was looking for a horror figure online and came across this company.
I spoke with 'Ian' who's emails were prompt and courteous and he kept me informed of the progress of delivery and shipped it out same day.
The figure was mint in box as described and safely well packed by 'Dave.'
I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again, in fact I'm giving them a new order this week.

Just received the Dredd/Death Hiya toys SDCC exclusive from Emporium of Cool.
Top service, protected fantastically with a cardboard box and shed loads of bubble wrap, you can tell care has been taken to protect the product. No fear of damaged, shipped quickly and no hassle.

Ordered the complete 4 pack of 1990 Neca TMNT action figures and they are glorious. Packaging is in perfect quality and it's the most affordable price on the market. Delivered to me in 48 hours!

I recently purchased the Neca Halloween 2 double pack from Emporium of Cool and was amazed at the speed of service and the quality of the product. As an avid collector many of my figures are kept unopened in their original packaging so high quality shipping is vital and Emporium’s is second to none. Items are bubble wrapped and then packed again to the highest standard with a seal of quality from the packer ensuring the product arrives in pristine condition. I have bought from many on line services and non have come close to the care and attention these guys pay. The item arrived promptly and in “just out of the factory” condition. I was so impressed I ordered the Neca 1989 Batman straight after but being impatient wanted next day delivery. After a prompt and polite conversation with Ian they agreed to alter their shipping policy to accommodate me. In short I cannot recommend Emporium of Cool highly enough, if you are a hobbyist, collector or casual buyer you will not find a higher level of commitment to quality and professional service.

I ordered a Godzilla figure from them that recently released to the UK and was due for delivery that week. Literally kept me updated every step, from when their shipment day was that week, when it came in & when it shipped to me. Also referred to Godzilla as a him which was so cute to me :’)

While i got a refund i got 0 apologies for them not informing me first of the delays and me having to contact them about where my orders where. They dodged the question as to why some people got there figures yet i was left waiting with the only answer being please wait.

A true let down this time when they have been great in the past. And have been able to do special rush orders if they had issues. Or even give delayed etas. Or even swap orders for things instock if they cant get your item.

But coupled with the fact they were birthday gifts and i had to contact them and them not inform me of the delays like they would normally with customers first is just a no from me. I had to chase them and
