I was surprised they had in stock the Mechagodzilla figure. I thought it was too good to be true especially the price being very good compared to other companies. I'm glad I took the chance and they were very helpful. When I ask about how long it would take they got back to me straight tand keep me updated on the order. It was packed very well and the product was in good condition. For a first time customer I am very happy with this company.

Ordered twice, each time came with great packaging. Super thick bubble wrap and loads of peanuts, even a 'not a toy' sticker on the box. Will order again and highly recommend!

Having never ordered from EoC, I was a little hesitant. They had the S H Figuarts figure I wanted and at a very competitive price, which seemed almost too good to be true! There was a mention that it would take a little longer to ship as it was being directly ordered from the manufacturer in Japan.

As soon I'd ordered, I was provided with a wonderful update from a team member named Ian, who had kept me updated throughout the shipping process. Customer service was polite, friendly and very helpful!

The order had arrived in time, and packaged so securely and beautifully too, and in a very eco-friendly way too, might I add! I could tell this company really has a passion for their figures and understand their customers well, as I could tell a lot of love and care went into their packaging and shipping. I received these wonderful art cards too with toy photography pictures on them which was a lovely surprise!

Overall, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Ian and the team have provided excellent customer service, reliable updates and products packaged wonderfully and at an excellent price.

I cannot recommend Emporium of Cool enough. I will definitely be coming back to order from them again!

After my first EVER purchase from EoC and putting my trust in them. I was gratefully surprised with my order (107317) and the service.
Not only did they go out of their way to order my item from another NECA because first option was out of stock, but they also kept me updated by email.
And I must say, that little bit of what is happening with my order, is just GREAT.
I am not a very patient person when it comes to ordering items and waiting. Keeping me updated with what is happening is just saving me the whole, having to contact them, and worrying if a made a mistake with a site I am unknown with.
And to give me even more joy joy it came the next day after the dispatch.

Spent a while searching for the female model of TOA Synthetic human, found her here and very glad I did. The model is authentic, a brilliant price (it was a 'Black Firday deal, never taken seriously frankly but glad I did!) at 20% cheaper than nearest decent item. Then ordered, great, simple process with all details clear and contact throughout. Arrived four days after payment - excellent service. And then the packaging...
The little figure had been treated like eco-friendly royalty, once in the UK! The presentation box is smart, with a double case in card, then the whole thing wrapped in tissue and posted in a large cardboard box, full of biodegradable chip things... Very impressive. The figure heself is fully poseable in very human and believable positions. Very pleased indeed, she will be used for art-installation tableaux, er, a posh name for posing her with stuff and photgraphing the results. All excellent and recommend.

First time using and won't be the last, communication was excellent I was kept up to date with the state of my order and received it in the stated time frame, I ordered a neca ED 209 which was packaged with the utmost care, as its a Christmas present I am unable to fully verify the item at this moment but I can't see it being an issue with how safely and securely it was packaged. Price wise they were also the best I could find, all in all a great experience and will definitely use again.

This company is great, their costumer service is one of the nicest I’ve encountered and the (so far) only product I’ve bought from them arrived quickly, I’m already planning on buying here again and my only real con for shopping here is that they may not have as many things on sale as other places

This was my first time ordering from this company and I seriously couldn't recommend them enough!! The communication was incredible throughout; I always knew what was happening with my order at all times and they were quick to answer any questions I had.
