Very easy and straightforward communications with Corey to book in the clean, and they kept me updated in the lead up to my appointment and promptly sent over the full report etc and everything I needed - the cleaning team Karis & Kelly were super friendly and the olde was spotless 👍 would definitely recommend

Unbelievable work from the team. My mother's house was filthy and full of rubbish that she had been hoarding. The team removed everything, including appliances and carpets, and cleaned the house top to bottom. It's never going to be perfect after years of neglect, but they did a fantastic job, with hard work and devotion, whilst being upbeat and extremely positive the whole time. We can't thank you, and Jemma who was excellent in dealing with our query to the day of the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I booked Emergency Clean UK to do a bathroom deep clean after a macerator toilet had failed. I had tried to book contractors to come and fix the macerator but none were willing to attend due to the state of the bathroom. Emergency Clean UK were very efficient and responsive through the whole process - they booked us in quickly and when they attended, the entire clean took no longer than 1 hour and 30 mins. I am very happy with the finished product and I'm relieved I can finally book someone to come and fix the toilet. Thank you very much!!

I cannot recommend Corey and his team highly enough. So kind, compassionate, professional and extremely hard working.
They cleaned and cleared a (very cluttered and unkempt) flat for us during a very difficult time and always with the utmost respect and dignity. And to such a high standard- the flat looked good as new when they had finished.

A pleasant experience which was done quickly without any embarrassment to myself. They removed almost 30 bags of rubbish and thoroughly cleaned after.

We needed water extracted from our fully soaked carpet following a leak. Communication was quick and efficient, and Marta did a great job extracting the water. She also advised us on how to care for the carpet afterwards. Highly recommended!

Jemma in the office was swift to respond to all enquiries/responses. Sheridan our operative was so friendly and willing to go over the top to assist. My son had been an alcoholic, and Sheridan removed all evidence of bottles to save me from seeing the evidence.

Hired to perform a Horder clean for a family member. Very clear costs and timelines communicated in the quote, with empathetic handling of the situation both via email and by the cleaning crew on site, and they performed cleaning miracles to provide a clean slate and fresh start. Would absolutely recommend.

The team did an incredible job over 2 days removing smoke staining from my flat including washing all ceilings, walls and surfaces and steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery. Communication was excellent and the team were really friendly and understanding. The flat looked absolutely transformed when they left and I can't recommend them highly enough.

There was good communication with Sean beforehand and the team arrived at the agreed time. I had sent photos of the areas needing cleaning.
They cleaned up the bodily fluids all over my elderly mother’s home successfully and did a great job. They were understanding about the situation and respectful of my mother’s property.

Michael came in for an on-site service for biohazard cleaning during the hottest day of the UK with over 30 degrees. We had an unexpected situation occur during the night which made a tight deadline to secure the area for healthy living conditions again.

Michael was prompt arriving during the afternoon. Despite conditions working less favourably, Michael did an exceptional job taking care of the property with all the dignity and respect. Guiding us through the process, he was highly informative of each step with key explanations for the tools and chemicals being used.

It is clear he takes pride in his job as the area was worked on carefully and the carpet was in good condition by the end. The air was made safe to live in again, no odours and the carpet was given a second life.

It was easily noticeable how much Michael deeply cares for the people he is called in for. His reassuring and non-judgmental attitude makes people feel safe, respected and understood without the fear of criticism each individual may shoulder to get in this situation. Michael is invaluable to our community, helping people move forward to the next chapter in their lives.
