I had a sensitive problem at home that needed sorting out asap, and in such short notice I managed to get in contact with Lia from Traceless and she set me up with a super amazing team that came the very next morning first thing, and they did the best job that I could ever imagine. They were so efficient and friendly, without making the situation awkward at all. My mums house looks better than it has in a long time, thank you

They are kind, non judgemental and boy do they work hard and perform miracles. Seriously, these people were so hardworking, honest and transparent in their dealings with us. Couldn't fault them or their work ethic.

I decided to contact Traceless Cleaning quite late one night after my boiler stopped working. I was honestly too embarrassed to call the emergency engineers out because of the state my flat had gotten into, and I knew I needed some help.

Tia responded incredibly quickly, even though it was late, and made the whole process of arranging a date for the cleaning really easy.

On the day, Josh and Karin arrived early and got straight to work. I was quite nervous and embarrassed about the situation, but they were both so kind, friendly and chatty that they quickly made the whole experience feel much less awkward. There was no judgement at all, which meant a lot to me.

They worked tirelessly throughout the day, barely taking any breaks, and the difference they made to my one bedroom flat is honestly incredible. It feels like a completely different place.

I would absolutely recommend Traceless Cleaning to anyone who feels overwhelmed by the state of their home and doesn’t know where to start. Tia, Josh and Karin were fantastic from beginning to end, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did.

Lee and Rob did an outstanding job of restoring a tired and cluttered flat into an immaculately pristine and sparkly home. They agreed to help at very short notice and worked flat out to get everything done efficiently and sensitively, to a very high standard, and they delivered on everything promised. We couldn't believe how fast they transformed the place and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future assignments. Outstanding team, highly recommended.

Both Rob and his colleague cleaned our burnt and smoked house . All cindered furnishings was removed the items that could be saved were stored . The house was decontaminated and the smell went . The walls were painted with special stuff. And horrid job . Thank you both excellent communication . Regular Update .

Honestly, I was dreading anyone coming into my home but the team couldn't have been any nicer, they didn't judge, were respectful explained what they were doing as they did it. And were chatty so no awkwardness. All in all would give them 10 star's if I could. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The whole process from the initial conversation to the clean was an absolute pleasure, everyone was so friendly and happy to answer any questions. The gentlemen who came to do the clean were very kind, efficient and have done such a wonderful job, the kitchen looks unrecognisable. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you to everyone!

When a relative asked me to help them clean a bathroom in the home where they live which had become a biohazard involving human waste I had no idea where to start - on a bank holiday Sunday, no less! I'm so grateful to Tia for agreeing a quotation with me within minutes of my sending her photographs of the situation and then arranging for a discrete, friendly and professional cleaner to call and deal safely with the situation. It was all sorted within a few hours and I can't thank her enough.

I cannot rate this service highly enough. I phoned in desperation on a Sunday morning and asked if they could help me deal with an urgent situation the same day. They arranged for a team to arrive at 5pm on a Sunday evening.

The team were so nice and worked like trojans. They did not leave until 11pm. They did an amazing job, the bathroom looked brand new.

I cannot thank them all highly enough. This saved me a lot of stress.

The price may sound high at first but it was worth every penny.

Honestly would recommend this service to anyone in need and would advise them to not be ashamed as they are so thoughtful, understanding and patient. From actually booking the services and receiving a quote and confirming a time slot it was all very quick and smooth,The workers communicated very well on the day of and were so fast and everything went smoothly and quickly and professionally. What took soo long to accumulate and sat there for ages took them such little time to clean. I’m so grateful to the team and it melts my heart that such services exist.
