Lack of care, but could've been worse...
Purchase and delivery went as described, no complaints.
The guitar was in a bit of a state though, to be honest. Setup was way off, there's a crack in the lacquer at the neck joint (yeah, I know it's common, but shouldn't be on a brand new guitar), the strings were falling off they were so corroded, frets not level, the pickups were at wonky heights (and I had to replace the rubber spacers as they were knackered when I came to lower the pickups) and the fretboard was badly dried out and covered in crud from other people playing it. Frankly, it's like this had been displayed in a shop for years and just pulled down and thrown in the box to be sent out. If I hadn't needed the guitar the next day, I'd have returned it.
3 stars only because I knew how to fix all the issues.
