Rochester RC (Business Closed) Recensioni 

Ordered something on 3rd of February still not got it tried contacting them no response.
Asked for refund. No reply heard they have closed.
Please please anyone looking on there website do not buy anything!
As you won’t get it!

Extremely slow processing and delivering online order, no order updates, 10 days since I placed order and no Comms.
Sent an online msg and got a reply they are busy and will get back to me when they can.
Website does not have a contact Tele number, found one online but just get automated message and sent to answer phone.
Very disappointed!
Ordered from rival company on the same day and the order arrived 2 days later, won't use Rochester RC again, will stick to the big names in RC as their buying experience is much better and they quickly process orders or let you know if there is an issue.
Update: Finally got an email response, order cancelled and full refund, hopefully does not take to long for the refund to process as I now need to order from somewhere else and I don't have a spare £269 laying around, going to miss the racing I was suppose to be going to as I have a new car but no electrics, thanks Rochester RC!!!

Stopped using them last year as the delivery was woeful.

Gave them a chance to redeem themselves, ordered some parts showing available that weren't even in stock, worse of all, I was only notified of this because after I'd chased to see where the parcel was

Understand the company has closed its doors now

Excellent service very pleasant staff, The onsite coffee shop is fantastic too

Took the boys MT10 over as lost steering and kept going out of range so Will diagnosed the problem and fixed it there and then so the boy could use straight away .Excellent customer service as always, can’t fault any of the staff as always go that extra mile unlike a lot of model shops locally that I have visited . Thanks again to everyone at Rochester RC .

ordered a rc car that was showing in stock on line on the 22nd January 2025 . email them on the 28th January asking for an update and was told the item was not in stock even though it was when ordered .
asked for my money back so i could order form another model shop only to be advised this will take up to 14 day to process. so i now have my money tied up with this company that apparently did not have the item in stock to sell me in the first place .as of today 7th Febuary still no refund so still not been able to buy the rc car . total waste of my time do not buy from this company on line

They also have a brilliant café which kept my wife and mother in-law fed and watered.

Great local shop always helpfull & friendly, i have been using them for a few years now, the new owners are great, but still good to see mike about they always seem to have a good stock of kits,hop ups & spares tools etc. 👍

The Team serving in the store were really friendly, chatting and showing us their projects. The team were clearly RC enthusiasts- very knowledgeable about RC and also went above and beyond to help us.
It was a pleasure visiting the shop and I’ll certainly go back.

The staff are always welcoming and if not swamped by lots of customers are ready to help with all questions you may have RC related. I've never been pushed into buying something I don't need and if you're not sure if you need something specific, advice on or alternatives will be offered. The only thing I wish they had was bigger storage for more stock but this is mostly down to suppliers. 5 stars for my experience with them.

The shop is really nice. Lovely cafe and facilities. Always come home with a new toy when i go there. Fantastic group of people running it.

I've used Rochester RC a few times now, on every occasion they've been great,
Their knowledge is superb and I've found everyone in the shop to be friendly and not pushy with sales.
Definitely my go to shop for RC kits and spares.
