Sometimes products are faulty - it happens. What counts is how the manufacturer deal with that issue.
I bought an Ellsi hot water tap from TapsUK. When my plumber came to fit it, the tap was faulty and leaking. TapsUK passed us the manufacturer details to contact for repair/replacement.
Heidi at Ellsi has been an absolutely brilliant communicator throughout. She listened to the issues we were having and didn’t rush us when we were explaining. She came back to us promptly with updates when she said she would. She is arranging a refund for the tap.
In parallel to this I’ve been trying to get some parts for showers and taps from a different company that have failed and cost 5 times what this tap cost. The poor customer service from this so-called “elite” bathroom brand has been excruciating in contrast to Ellsi’s warm, prompt and professional support.
Even though the product from Ellsi didn’t work out the customer service was so second to none.
