Scammers and I do not recommend anything else. I ordered the furniture on February 21 and I did not receive it until March 23. Zero contact with the seller does not reply to the e-mail, does not answer the phone. It's good that PayPal returned my money, I lost nothing

Still waiting to receive my item, no reply back from email I have sent or voice message I have left, very disappointing as it was a Birthday gift for last week.

This company does not send any confirmation or updates on your order. Customer service is non existent. Spam emails however are aplenty.

The product I purchased was not in stock, which I only discovered when i chased delivery after a week. I was offered a replacement, which I declined. I have since been asking by several different routes for a refund and have received no response. Very unhappy.

I asked for an order to be cancelled within an hour of ordering after reading trust pilot reviews however they refused saying the order was apparently in “stage 4 of processing”

A company not to be trusted , cancelled my order with them within 24hrs ,I received an email telling me my refund was being processed. Despite numerous emails chasing the issue three months later I have still not received a refund. They now done even answer my emails so I can only assume they have no intention of refunding my money!!

I wished to purchase a Paris Media Unit and was reassured that I would receive the unit within a certain timeframe. This date and numerous others were missed. When I tried to call the company the phone was put down on myself, when I emailed they eventually responded telling me the unit was about to be delivered. This repeat cycle went on for a month. I requested a refund and was told I would need to pay a 5% fee (£50) - when I refused and stated that the reason I wanted a refund was due to them not fulfilling the contract they told me they had a 0 tolerance policy and that I was on my first warning. Please note I never used offensive language at any point. I eventually had to go to my credit card to raise a dispute - this was thankfully resolved by the next day and I received my money back. I wished I had used Trustpilot before making a purchase with this company - a lesson learnt for the future and a mistake I will never make again. Very stressful experience and I urge you to believe my account of events. Additionally look at other experiences - we can't all be lying!!

I am sorry to say the item has not been delivered despite numerous messages being sent to the company with no replies back. I shall be requesting a refund through my bank in the next few days unless I received the item. They are very quick to flood my email with offers, but after sales are non existent.

Good product, I ordered a blue ottoman bench which arrived on Monday 31st. Product is comfortable to sit on & aesthetically pleasing.

The website says within 7 days delivery, which in reality is 7 business days not calendar days. Once the order is processed it would be non-refundable even before shipping is something to be mindful of.

Customer service when you eventually get through was helpful in solving my receipt of delivery, less helpful in trying to refund the product pre delivery upon request.

This company have gone above and beyond with a special gift for my daughter. Excellent customer service. Quick dispatch. Really pleased

It’s reassuring to read the other reviews! I thought I was overreacting. But thankfully I’m not. I ordered a sideboard in November at the time of order it stated 7-10 days. When it failed to arrive or any order confirmation I emailed - I was told another 7-10 days and it goes on! I’ve lost count on the numerous emails and now I think it’s an automated email. I’ve asked numerous times for someone to speak to me with no success. I’ve asked for a refund and they totally ignore my request. I’ve tried ringing the number for customer service and it diverts to a giffgaff voicemail and nobody returns the call. I’m so angry and frustrated! I will definitely not be using this company again

I ordered a mirror but never received any email confirmation and notice about when it will be delivered. Eventually I asked for a refund and reported to the bank. The company then partially refunded me. I’m still pursuing the remaining payment.

Preordered a mirror and email acknowledgement advised 48-72 hours to be updated on a delivery. Nothing was received for three weeks and only after I chased via PayPal. Communication needs improvement. Mirror ordered, when delivered, was good quality and exactly what I had been looking for.

I can’t rate the products as I haven’t received them yet. I ordered in November and told delivery would be 6th December, still waiting and no communication what so ever. Very bad

I can not rate this product because I have not received it yet or had an reply email letting know why.

Do not order from this company! Ordered over a month ago. When you call the business line it is directed to a gifgaf mobile and they do not answer or return calls. I have emailed and get fobbed off each time. Live chat was no better they were very rude and did not resolve the issue. Wish I had read reviews first as it seems that I am not the only one who has not recieved my item.

Hi placed order for a Marquee on November 29th and haven’t had any correspondence as to when I will get delivery. Have sent various emails and rang the customer number it’s no answer or reply whatsoever.

Yep, they are liars. Promised fast delivery and now I am on the excuse bandwagon. How do they stay in business?
