I visited Coppice Meadow at Haselmere and was greeted by Nick and Lauren, I didn't have an appointment but nothing was too much trouble, I was just interested in looking at the quality of the houses and sizes of rooms.
They were so helpful and very knowledgeable so it made it a great experience, the coffee was nice too.

Visited the development at Wivelsfield Green and was particularly impressed by the wonderful warm welcome by Claire.

The quality of the build and the layout of the site was sympathetic with the rural location.

Once you've bought your house they really do not care. They waste your time dragging out snags that should have been dealt with through proper construction and good quality control. Some of the snags should have them embarrassed but they love to make them the customers fault with some weird crazy emails.

Our garden is a massive bog, the grass is dying, the fence is rotting. It should have a soakaway. They took responsibility when we moved in then a year on they've changed their minds and are claiming it's not their problem. The email thread is like a handbook on how to be a blatant crook. Some days I read the emails and wonder what goes on in that office.

They claim they do but they clearly have no logging system for customer issues and don't bother using the complaints procedure because it sends your complaint to the one lady in the office you're already dealing with.

The roads are flooded and others are having issues with drainage and Elivia are saying they have run out of money so will not fix.

They sold us e-bikes which were planned to be on the development but they've run out of money so are now not installing them as planned.

They built a small park under the biggest trees that in the autumn shed onto the park and the park becomes unsafe and unusable. I sent them pictures of the branches that had fallen off the trees inside the park and they did not care. It was such an obvious mistake in planning. Much like a lot of their mistakes.

I spent the first day in my home picking up fag butts all across the front of my home, I reported it, they did not care.

We have lots of other issues but I'll stop there. I hope this paints a picture of the type of company they are.

The customer service is one lady on the end of an email trying her hardest to tire you out but making you go round in circles. We copied in the directors, all ignored our emails and our neighbours have said the same. The workers on site have nothing nice to say about the company.

I believe there is a new sales team now but be careful as we were offered an illegal EPC which was highlighted by our bank. We complained about this and copied in all the top team and none of them cared or acknowledged the illegal practice.

There's lots of other issues with this company and it's a real shame to be honest. Bad values, poor management and a toxic work environment.

Awful company don’t touch them with a barge pole

We bought an Elivia (Crayfern) home built during COVID. The execution of the build has been poor to the point that they haven’t even managed to aline the upper and lower floor windows! Reasonable quality materials spoiled by poor workmanship and oversight. Ended up having to ask the NHBC to insist some of the hard landscaping be remediated and STILL Elivia failed to comply. I was awarded more than £3500 in compensation. The local planning authority had to threaten court action in order to make Elivia comply with the original planning consent and there is still a considerable amount of buried building waste around the site. The after sales service teams first reaction was always to deny and delay. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend Elivia Homes for their building quality or their aftersales care and would recommend you employ a professional to carry out a snagging survey before you complete your purchase. Be warned.

I would give them a zero if possible. About 30% of the houses in my development have serious issues and because remediation will cost serious money to fix they just delay, deny or misdirect just to try and avoid meeting their obligations. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Totally disingenuous.

Customer service post completion has been awful. The house was not ready for us to move into, including cleaning, toilets not flushing, doors not sealed, ovens not working, heating system not working. They are very slow to reply to emails and if they don't want to reply to an issue they simply won't.

Sales were so good to us but we felt let down the second we walked in the door and this has continued for the past 7 months.

Katie has been friendly, helpful, professional, and most importantly we did not feel pressured by her at all throughout our house purchase. She has made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, and has also been great with facilitating additional viewings for us to measure the house. Overall, we would highly recommend Katie to anyone buying through Elivia, and we thank her again for all her help. (Katie from Eastergate)

Poor company to deal with.
Bought our lovely home having established facts of where the social plots had been allocated.
Yet the company opted to sell extra plots to the local council as temporary accommodation and stated it was a private sale all with the use of government money. Contrary to consumer codes and advertising.

Now having to sell our home as we did not want to live next door to social housing.

Personally feel that they have Treated us poorly by company and treats made by their solicitor with legal action despite being the victim in this saga. Collectively other neighbours not aware of the changes.
