Very lucky to see Ahmed yesterday at very short notice to relieve my sore back. I believe he’s fairly new to Elite and only just finished his training but was really helpful to my reoccurring stiff back. His upbeat attitude was very refreshing and this morning I feel much better. Thank you Ahmed

I was recommended Elite from a couple of friends. Now I can see why. I highly recommend them and I already have mentioned them to someone else today. I would like to say a big thank you to Ahmad Iqbal for all the help and advice. He was very thorough in finding the cause of my heel pain. Also gave me some simple exercises which are already helping. Ahmad even gave my husband some advice & exercise to help with his back. I can not say how delighted we both are to Ahmad. Will definitely use Elite & Ahmad again, thank you.

Excellent Rehab pre & post ACL surgery. Loved working with Andy, was guided through a thorough plan pre op and post op. I have had a very tailored and bespoke rehab regime and this includes really understanding my life style and adapting my training during times such as Ramadan when I was fasting. Happy with my progress post surgery and would highly recommend Elite Physical Med.

I had lots of excellent advice and support from the physiotherapist Gaby. She was helpful and her strength exercises got me through my first Half marathon recently. I had always struggled with weak glutes and hip, lower back niggles.

I can highly recommend this service to anyone else in a similar situation.

We have always been delighted with the help, advice and service from Elite as well as the results after injuries on all members of our family. I wanted to write a review this time as Andy McCrea has totally gone above and beyond the call of duty, with help and advice, phone calls and letters, some out of hours calls all to help with my son's injury. Another first class service, thank you so much Andy!

I had a phone consultation with Tom, recommended from a friend. Spoke through my ongoing knee issue which multiple specialists have been unable to identify, talked through my history with the problem and immediately Tom recognised the pains I have been experienced and perfectly described the feelings I have been getting in my knee without me saying it. He then proceeded to explain what the issue was, put a plan in place to ensure it gets better. This was all within 20 minutes. Cannot thank him enough for this and means I can tackle the london marathon knowing what I need to do now.

I’m so glad I had postnatal check up and mummy MOT with Gemma after my emergency C section. For this pregnancy I have been doing the prenatal classes which have been so helpful in helping me remember the importance of breath work with pelvic floor exercises and ensuring I carve out the time away from my toddler to complete the class which can be so hard to do.

Andy at Elite has been fantastic. I have had multiple surgeries and the team have helped me with my recovery way beyond my expectations. So much that I am now taking on physical challenges I just didn’t think were possible.

I now attend sessions regularly to keep me on track and injury free. Andy has helped me identify weak spots in my mechanics meaning I am constantly pushing new levels of capability. The upside is I am relatively injury free as we find the potential risks and resolve them before anything goes wrong.

Having been a frontline health care professional for over 20 years, I would not hesitate to refer this practice. I have had the privilege of treatment on numerous occasions. The team is professional from the moment you arrive.
The service health care practitioners are professional, confident and up to date with the latest best practice research and deliver multiple treatments. They assess and examine and ensure you have an understanding of the assessment and diagnosis which is explained at the level for the service user to under stand. Appointments are easy to book with appropriate extended clinic opening hours to suit all.

Having suffered a hamstring injury I had chosen for elite to assist me in my recovery. The entire team are second to none. Extremely professional and loads of experience on had to aide the best recovery journey.

I can't thank Andy at Elite enough for recommending a course of Shock Wave Therapy when I found myself suffering with Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot.
I had followed the NHS treatment advice for two months but the pain when standing up after resting was still excruciating and my foot was now swelling up during the day.
The effect of Shock Wave Therapy on the pain was remarkable and I would strongly recommend trying it if you are suffering with Plantar Fasciitis.

I had a great experience with Elite as they fixed my Achilles Tendonitis.

Every step was tailor made and explained in informative and empathetic detail.

I'm now back enjoying tennis again.

Tom has been excellent for me! He has tailored my physio to get me back to playing football, pain free, which was my ultimate goal! He was always available via email when needed and made sure he structured my programme to make small progression without experiencing any setbacks or further disappointment. I highly recommend him and have now referred my girlfriend to him for her back problems. I cant thank him enough and If I ever need physio again, Tom is my first point of call!

After 20 years of playing football and not ever really worrying about rehab-ing injuries properly, I set a goal of running long-distance races. Despite following an online plan, I quickly found that I was in a much poorer physical condition than I'd realised and, after diagnosing my initial problems, Andy set me up with a brilliant core workout programme, vastly improving my strength and conditioning, ahead of going back to building up mileage.

Only 3 months before my first ultramarathon, I badly rolled my ankle and thought that I'd end up missing out, but again, after quickly diagnosing my problem and reassuring me that I had time to heal (and importantly warning me not to rush) Andy created a rehab plan that built me back up in time to compete and complete.

Beyond grateful to Andy for getting me to my race and helping me finish in a respectable time and position!

Emma was a great help in managing my neck pain, using lots of different treatments over a few sessions, as well as education on specific exercises that will help with my problems.
My neck has really improved and is now giving me no problems at al! will sure to come back back in the future.

Thanks to Elite Physical Medicine I am loving my garden in this gorgeous sunshine. If it wasn't for Gabrielle and Nicolette and encouragement from the other members of the team I wouldn't even have been able to walk out into the garden let alone get down on my hands and knees to weed and plant. I am forever thankful to you all. When I came in shuffling with a walker in terrible pain and thinking I would never walk again to now doing 14,000 steps a day. I walk everywhere and I can ride my bike again. Of course none of this would have been possible without my wonderful son paying for everything and as he says, worth every penny. He says I will be like Granma and Aunty Win playing football and chasing grandchildren around the garden when I get old! It's all thanks to all you did for me at Elite Physical. You are all wonderful xx

Tim, the physiotherapist who guided me through a very careful and powerful set of exercises, has helped me a lot with my shoulder and hip pain. He even took the time to listen my concerns over my elbow pains. So he carefully structured a rehab programme with enough key exercises to achieve their aim without being overly time-consuming. I am really enthusiastic that I saw positive and quick results and I am definitely highly recommending Tim and the team at Elite. You are very professional and passionate to your area!!Thank you!!

Been to see Tom on a couple of occasions due to knee and calf strains. Great diagnosis with their scanner. Was back playing footy within a month after working away in their gym.
