Very good communication with the company - knowledgable and approachable and ealt with my queries and my order very effectively.

Very happy with my order for gas permeable hard lenses. There are countless sellers of disposable lenses but Coolcontacts was the only place I could find my brand of lenses. I was about to go on holiday and had no spares but they placed my order quickly and let me know its progress. They arrived in good time and they look exactly right. It was a very much quicker and cheaper service than if I had gone back to the high street optician who tested my eyes and who wouldn't even post lenses out. Excellent customer service from Coolcontacts. I recommend them and will buy from them again.

This is the second time I have used cool contacts. Any queries they are quick to respond. Easy to order online you only need to upload your current eye prescription. The price even including paying postage is much more affordable than my optician and the whole service is fast and efficient. Very impressed and will definitely use again.

While I have no problems with the lenses I think that without my reminder to Abu asking about the whereabouts of my lenses the delay in posting my lenses could have been extended to another week.

The order got lost and nobody noticed until I chased up and then there was still no communication while the order was resent and lenses not as expected. Overall very disappointed, no communication and poor service

The usual, professional, slick service from Abu/coolcontacts. I know I can rely on things running smoothly; but with the knowledge that if I did have a query or something was amiss, I know that Abu is on the end of the end of a phone/message to help with his friendly and professional manner.

Cool contacts offered me the same lens for £60 instead of £165 by my locla optician.

i was very impressed that they contacted me straight away after I made my order to check the details. They needed some more information from my opticians, which I gave them and they immediately started processing the order. After spending hours on the web trying to find a supplier for my difficult to find custom made annual soft contact lenses I was happy I found them at Cool contacts. I have ordered three pairs since 2024 and the service and delivery were superb every time.
