I ordered my bed and mattress with Elite and Mark Greenaway helped me make the right purchase with absolutely no pushing on prices but more on what I was looking for. Received my rose pink bed and mattress and I'm over the moon best sleep ever x strongly recommend this company thank you so much

There was a delay with delivery due to stock issues, but when the mattress did finally arrive it was delivered by the friendliest most professional delivery drivers we’ve ever experienced.

Elite provided a very quick and responsive service, delivering a mattress ordered just one working day earlier. They delivered to the room, and communication throughout the process was excellent. The mattress is high quality and at a very competitive price. We have used Elite twice and will use them again!

We ordered a bed yesterday from the Bristol showroom Hannah the manager was so helpful with her help 5*, we ordered the last remaining Dunlopillo Royal Sovereign although we live in Marlborough but it was worth the drive. Delivery was the next day and the delivery team were 5 * excellent and again very helpful. We just wished we had used them 3 years ago, but what a pleasure to deal with wish we could give them a bonus *

Advertised pillow discontinued and inferior replacement by Mammoth supplied without any contact. But, Elite Beds accepted the issue without any hassle, supplied a returns label and provided a refund. Shame about the pillows but more than happy with the customer service.

Knew that we would have a wee wait. Was pleased to receive a phonecall on the day that it was delivered. Really pleased with Serene Thornton kingsize oak headboard. Good quality and well finished, and excellent value for what it is. Simple headboard that fits in with our decor and matches our oak furniture.

After speaking with Andrew, we purchased a day bed and two wardrobes. Excellent service, quick delivery. Polite and friendly delivery driver.

Recently kitted my house out with beds and mattresses from this company. 5* service from start to finish, it wouldn’t use anyone else.

Went to the Devizes showroom in April ‘22’ as in dire need of a new bed.
Was served by Elaine who was polite and very knowledgable. Must have been there over an hour trying out different bed/mattress combo’s and was not pushed into buying anything particular.
Ended up splashing out and getting a Hypnos bed, mattress & pillows.
Great experience & highly recommended.

I visited the shop in Cirencester and the sales person Andy was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different mattresses and we managed to find just the right one. Delivery was quick, one happy customer.

The 2 orders I placed to different UK locations were handled superbly and deliveries arrived exactly as planned. A great business that really does know what it 's doing with great staff who know their products.

Buying a bed has always been a gamble for us but Elite beds made the choice easy. We bought a mattress from them a few months ago. That was a great success so we decided to replace our own 6 year old mattress. The decision was facilitated by the excellent advice given and the large choice. The quick delivery was another bonus.
