This company and Amazon fraudulently charged my debit card for an item that they were NOT AUTHORIZED to charge my debit card for and refused to cancel it, and I refused delivery of the unauthorized item they sent, they are still refusing to refund my stolen money.

They are sharks! The sizes are questionable and they forbid exchanges because the size is wrong. The “rock solid 100% customer satisfaction guarantee” is a joke. Avoid

I've ordered several dozen lights now and I have not had any issue with their packing and delivery services! Fantastic point to point delivery!

Easy to find my "hard-to-find" bulb. I was done with the whole process in about 3 minutes.

Needed some "special" display case bulbs, everyone else would only sell them by the case. eLightBulbs sells them singly at a great price with fast shipping!

Order was filled promptly and packaging was excellent.

I ordered a Captain America lamp from eLightBulbs and waited nearly two months before finally receiving an email that my order would be delayed. (Duh!) I didn't hear anything for another month or so, so I emailed them again. My order would be further delayed. I sent them an email expressing my displeasure with their service. No response. Today I received an email that the lamp has been discontinued. Great! That's the first they knew that the lamp was no longer available? Or did they just take so long the lamp was no longer available? Stay away from this terrible company!

I purchased 2 lamps through Amazon. The description was vague as to the height of the lamps. They were too small so I had to return them. It cost me $25 to return (my fault there). They do not refund their shipping fees and in addition, a 20% restocking fee which I feel is quite high. Few online stores do that anymore. My initial purchase was for $84.0.. The refunded $61. Had I known this, I would have kept the lamps and resold on Amazon myself. What really irked me is that after 2 weeks they had not processed the refund and I had to file a claim via Amazon. I then received the refund the next day....interesting. I will never again buy from them given their restocking fee policy. If you are not 100% certain, do not purchase from Ebulbs because they do charge restocking, unlike most online stores.

No complaints here. Good selection, easy search interface on their site. Quick delivery to Encinitas in San Diego. This is the easiest way to find bulbs for unusual light fixtures.

Nothing terribly special about these bulbs. They work well and they are darn inexpensive.

you never called me to let me know there were no g.e. bulbs . after waiting over an extra week i had to call you to change to sylvania. then fedex did not deliver it to me, they delivered the bulbs to the post office.
this is the first time amazon.com has ever dissapointed.

I have a lot of light fixtures in my house which use unusual bulbs. I can get them from a local lighting store, but they still sometimes need to be special ordered, they're expensive, and I need to make a special trip to an inconvenient location to pick them up. Ordering online from eLightBulbs I always find what I need in stock and available immediately. Even with shipping costs I spend much less, and the bulbs come to me. Easy, convenient, and money saving!

Looked online for specific bulbs for my house landscaping, wasn't even sure where to find them locally. E lights had them and even had a close up photo of them. It was very easy to use and bulbs came before the scheduled delivery date. Very pleased
