Order placed but was never going to arrive
I bought a present and when I received no shipping details I got concerned and called to be told they’ve not got the item in stock and the only way they were notified was because of my call! Then have to wait for the money to be refunded into my bank.....

Saw an offer for a Superdry jacket on Facebook and it seemed to good to be true. But after reading a few reviews and seeing that the company was registered in Cumbria I thought I would pay for the jacket via PayPal and just see. Well, what can I say, I ordered the jacket on Sunday and it arrived today (Tues), superbly packaged and 100% genuine. I am over the moon! Thank you Edwards Menswear for a true and quality bargain. Good delivery
Good delivery, sadly I had to return my order . They dealt with my refund straight away but didn't credit me the £15 I paid for to return items, which they said they would cover the cost as the mistake was on their side.
