Cancelled free trial within the 7 day period and still got charged £10!!! Trying to contact company now to get a refund. Only email no phone number listed.

I don't know how to get this company to stop billing me. American Express has even put a block on the company and they are able to go around the block to continue to bill me despite having "successfully" cancelled my account.

I am having the same experience as others. The cancel account button on their site doesn't cancel anything. They do not respond to emails either. I now have to tell VISA to dispute this charge and claim fraud. Just horrible customer service for what otherwise could be a good product. Update: note, the issue wasn't paying after the free trial, that is fine. The point is months after payment began, the vendor refused to ever cancel continuing payments, or to respond to the request to cancel or multiple emails to customer service.

They wont stop charging!!! And they are charging me twice every month!!! No phone number and they dont reply to emails! I have cancelled subscription, but they wont stop charging!

I wish I could give zero stars. They took my money even though it was supposed to be a 7day free trial. I cancelled on day 4 of a 7 day free trial and my card was charged on the 5th day from starting the free 7 day trial. No one from this company is answering my email messages. I will have to contact my bank to report fraudulent charges. I see by the other complaints about this company that this is some sort of scam. I’m sorry I even came across their website.

After I canceled online they kept charging me. I tried contacting via email and their chat system but no response. Finally I turned to my credit card and reported them as fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Update: since the review I submitted below the company contacted me to apologize for the error with the cancellation and returned what I had been charged. They said they were sorry my initial experience with them did not meet their standard of great customer service as their customers are very important to them. So I do have to say that I appreciate the final apology and resolution.

Original submission: I would not recommend this store/website. Tried the free trial and was not able to download the app that my daughter wanted to try. I subsequently cancelled the free trial the same day, but found I was charged for the month after the free trial ended. I contacted the company 3 times via email over the past month (as that is their only available contact method on their website and any other place I have looked) and they have never responded. Subsequently I have had to get my bank involved to help prevent further charges and see if they can get a refund. Very unfortunate as I believe what they are trying to do is a good thing, but this was not cool.

I can completely corroborate the reviewer regarding taking money from accounts on the sly then refusing all communication when refund required. I spent a while trying to check out if this is a straightforward scam website, (which it appears not though). They took c.18 months of payments out of my account without a word of communication or warning on the flimsy and technically unlikely excuse that my email was spelled wrongly. (Impossible as confirmation emails sent at start.) I never used apps or site in 18 months. Sly, unheralded debiting of accounts with comms silence over many months seems to be their M.O. Will update review if I'm proved wrong.

Avoid like the plague. Worst customer service I have ever seen. The issue started because they took money from my account 11 months after I cancelled the subscription. For almost 2 months they have not replied to my emails, Facebook messages or Twitter messages, obviously they have no telephone number so forget about speaking to anyone. After all that time they offered me £30 voucher as a compensation but then never sent me one and stopped responding again.
