Straightforward, open settlement of a claim by courteous and helpful staff

It is always a pleasure to communicate with Ecclesiastical Insurance. Their staff are well trained, polite, helpful, sympathetic (if it calls for it!) and knowledgeable.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I liked that they tried to repair my sofa first as there is too much waste being generated. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible and my claim was quickly sorted out.

Great common-sense and friendly customer service, great prices, and nice to have a socially responsible company behind it. The sign-up process was really well managed by the agent - helping answer technical questions in a common-sense way and arriving at a good level of cover. I haven't had to make a claim on this policy but I did previously and had a good experience then too.

They are a reliable supplier of home insurance at a reasonable price. I have received excellent service. The only complaint I have is that their legal advice service and their home emergency services are long-winded waste of time.
