Craig and his team where amazing confirmed the job on Monday and all fitted on the Wednesday thanks guys

Brody from Eazyheat was very friendly and helpful with regards helping me find the correct boiler I needed, and went through the whole process of how the works were going to be carried out.
He quoted me a very reasonable price for the boiler, and told me they could carry out the works within 48 hours.
He then put me through to Craig who arranged the engineer and date the works will be carried out.
The engineer was very polite and carried out the works very smoothly and within a day.
Eazyheat were very professional and would recommend to anybody.

Really professional and quality service.The fitter was really pleasant and worked for many hours overcoming any problems that arose. Would surely use the service in the future

After my 24year old boiler died on me, I called Craig on the Saturday morning and got a very competitive price for a new combi boiler on the Monday morning booked in for Wednesday supplied and fitted. Wednesday morning Darren the installer came and replaced the boiler and all the extra bits involved.cleaned up and got rid of the old boiler.
Couldn't be happier with the service and the boiler.
Will definitely recommend to everyone that is looking for a new boiler in the future.

At first, I was hesitant to choose this company because it was cheaper than others, but I wanted to try it. I did not regret my choice. Two specialists finished the work on the same day, and they were so wonderful and kind that they did not take a break and left behind only the water tank because it was made of asbestos. I had only paid 100 pounds as a deposit, and the next day they called me and charged the rest of the amount over the phone. I thank them with all my heart.

After my 20 year old combi died on me, I called Craig on the Friday afternoon and got a very competitive price for a new boiler with 12 years warranty, supplied and fitted.
Monday morning Joe the installer came and replaced the combi and all the extra bits involved.
Couldn't be happier with the service and the boiler.

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. New boiler fitted in under 48hrs from enquiring. Craig was so helpful and made sure I had a boiler that met my needs. Fitting was quick, simple and no mess made. Just brilliant.

What I really liked about this company was that once you filled in the form in on line.
1. Craig sent an email to say he'd received my enquiry of interest and would be sending some options and if I had any queries to get in touch.
2. The options where unbelievable, they went from cheap as chips to the sky's the limit, so gave options in my eyes to suit most people's budgets.
3. The options where wrote down in detail ,every option was numbered step by step what they would be doing and The materials you would be receiving e.g..boiler,magnetic filter.....and so on,
4. The most important one to me was there was no harrasing phone calls to see if you've decided to have a boiler fitted by them. They wait for you to get in touch with them, and craig was so friendly and easy to talk when I did get in touch I was so surprised how easy it was to set it all up to have one fitted.
5. Joe my fitter couldn't have been any friendlier put me at my ease,as a women on her own it can be daunting to let a stranger into your home, he was fantastic. Joe put me at ease and explained everything to me that I wasn't sure about, he was professional and a perfectionist, you could tell he takes pride in his work, he was meticulous in cleaning up after his work,explaining to me how the boiler works and how to use the timer.
I cannot fault this company or there staff, I would recommend this company to anyone, this is the third boiler I've had fitted in my life
and They beat hands down the other previous company's I've used on every level.

Bit of a sceptic at first as I found Eazy Heat online with a good deal on a new boiler, as my boiler of 15yrs+ decided to quit on me after Christmas.
Glad I did.. Happy with all the interaction / Conversation with this company (Craig) with organising a convenient time for my install.
Joe, who installed my new boiler, was 100% from start to finish, even found time to teach me how to use my new timer, even tho it was getting very late!!

Craig was very friendly and helpful. When the boiler I chose was out of stock, he went overboard to source another one and arrange for it to be installed asap. Mark, the engineer, was also friendly and polite, he worked tidily & answered my questions. I would strongly recommend this company.

Did quite a few quotes online and received a quote from Craig a gem in the company from start to finish no pressure sales just wanted to deliver the best service. Installed by Darren who took bride in his work clean and tidy answered any questions that needed answering. Pleasure doing business with you highly recommended

From start to finish the communication and professional attitude of Eazy heat was top notch. They are actually bothered about their products and service, leaving a neat job and clean area once completed. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Well where do i start from the beginning when i contacted Craig he was very informative and honest no pressure at all ... i then contacted him 3 months later price was the most competitive out there to be honest i was a bit skepical as you get alot for the price but i went ahead anyway paid Small fee for booking and was booked in couple days later . Joe our installer of our new boiler brillant man so respectful friendly and answered any questions honestly;Joe has done a fantastic Job . I recently had conversion work done to remove my old system boiler for a combi boiler. The quote I received significantly beat any others I got online. I received excellent customer service and the quality of workmanship. I had some small teething issues which were no fault of theirs but they offered me video support to resolve the issue swiftly. The system has now been running for 4 days with out issue and I can confirm that my energy costs have been more than halved per day….

Cowboy company. I got a quote on the internet but i couldnt get through to anyone for installation. I emailed and no replies, called Craig on his mobile number and noone answers ur calls nor do they call u back. I guess its a sign that i shouldnt get my boiler installation with them. Unreliable unprofessional people

Excellent service. Craig was very helpful and has vast knowledge of boilers. He was able to share al information on the types of boiler. He put my mind at rest as my boiler broke fown and needed a new boiler. This was a quick process. I only enquired on Monday and Wednesday the boiler was installed.
Thanks to Craig and Mark who completed the installation. Mark was very professional , friendly and helpful. He completed the job within agreed time. He cleared everything and cleaned. I am very grateful for all the work.
