Top, value for money (beat any online and local quotes) and customer service (Craig). Install, took half a day. Very impressed.
Plus, my wife doesn't have to wash her bottom in a bucket anymore (bonus) 👍👍👍

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and their service, I was emailed with different options to choose from and was left to make my decision without any pressure, once I had decided on the boiler Craig got in contact to set a date for installation 2 days later, I got a phone call the day before installing stating that the boiler wasn’t in stock locally to me so Craig himself drove a 6 hour round trip with a boiler from their depot to make sure I would still have it installed the next day ( I knew from this point that I had 1000% made the right choice to use easy heat) the next day joe and Sam came to fit, they are lovely lads and talked me through everything, answering any questions I had, they worked none stop and I couldn't fault them at all! All in all I will definitely be recommending easy heat and if I ever need a boiler in the future I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very competitive prices. Great comms with Craig who is very friendly and explained the whole process in detail, emailed few quotes with all info needed. Boiler replacement started just after 2 days from agreeing on the quote and price 👍. I got a very good price on my boiler installation comparing to other companies and it was quick and easy payment process.
Boiler fitter Piotr has done a grand job, again very friendly, professional, efficient, protected all surfaces, cleared all rubbish and tidied everything up and explained all how to work the boiler before he left.
Overall, I am very happy with the job and can recommend Eazy Heat to anyone, any day. Cheers 👍

After a lot of quotes etc for a new boiler I came across Eazyheat. Craig was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Craig and Josh came and fitted my boiler. I cannot express enough how happy I am with Eazy Heat. I ordered a boiler from Eazy Heat on Bank Holiday Thursday and it was fully installed on the following Tuesday. Craig was very polite, friendly and helpful - the whole process of ordering was easy and straight forward. I had some quotes from several plumbers and they were extortionate - I saved over £1200 for the same boiler by using Eazy Heat.
Artur the engineer arrived on the day early and got to work straight away. Throughout the whole installation he remained polite and exceptionally professional. I never heard him moan once he just got on with the job at hand. His work was very neat and he was constantly tidying up after himself.
I can't remember the last time a company has impressed me so much. I would gladly use and recommend them again.

I cannot thank Craig and the team at Eazy Heat enough. We were left in a position where we needed a new boiler 6 months before moving house. After contacting several different boiler websites and being quoted over £2,000 I contacted Eazy Heat who quoted me £1350 including installation and everything needed to complete the job. They delivered and installed it the next day without a problem. I am incredibly grateful for the high quality service and the understanding of my situation!! I will be recommending their service to everyone.

Craig was brilliant from start to finish. He gave me a very competitive quote for a new Worcester boiler and then managed to source the boiler when other companies couldn't. The install went smoothly and Craig visited to check everything was done properly. It's clear to see that Craig is a highly skilled and experienced gas engineer. I requested quotes from 3 companies and Eazy heat was not only the most competitive on price but also the most straightforward to deal with. I wasn’t subject to any ‘hard’ selling and was given quotes for a number of different boilers. On the day the boiler was due to be installed the engineer arrived on time and took care to cover carpets to prevent damage. He was polite, friendly and competent. He worked hard all day draining system, removing old boiler and installing the new one. I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend them without hesitation, overall an excellent service provided at a great price. Also commend office staff who kept me informed throughout and I am confident should any issues arise they will be able to resolve quickly.

Ordered a boiler online and spoke with Craig about which one was best for us, paid our deposit and the boiler came the day we asked for. The gas engineer that came showed us how it all worked and took the old boiler away, he even removed the old thermostat for us, which he didn't have to do, he was really helpful, he gave us his registered gas number which we needed to register the new boiler and even filled his part in before he left. Craig also text whilst the engineer was here to see if we were happy
