It's was really helpful training especially Mr Mehrab and Sam guided me throughout the procedure which made me ease and comfort , they were available always and so kind .

all the information was sent out to me straight away, the online App for my theory test, Booked the CPC course and then the theory test week after thanks to Eric, Charlotte & Gee.
Has a free questions spoken to Mehrab he gave me lots of hints and tips on what to do & look out for also helped set a safety net just incase things didn't go to plan but fingers crossed I had a blast... passed everything on the first attempt
Training done!!!
Now the recruitment team are going to help jump into action to get me on the road to success.

All in all really helpful in setting up times for tests and training times that suited me, the only thing that I would say would be that the CPC course wasn’t communicated well enough, I do think it should be included as part of the c and e training package or explained that it is required to drive professionally. I had an extra fee to pay and more courses to do during my training. These courses and tests however were all put in place during my physical training so there was not much impact on how long this took. Really good at keeping communication and checking in after test days to see how I was doing and quite responsive to my questions via emails so I was constantly informed of what my next steps were.

Took all the stress out of the process by booking and sorting everything for me. Always available if you have any questions or need information.

Helped me with my cpc made everything so easy, staff very helpful would definitely recommend them.

Dylan is a great guy I like how he explanation and follow up. He has never failed on any questions or complaints from me. I trust him

Great support and good communication during the whole process

I did mine in 2018and fought this for 2 years but thought, I could write a review to warn people....

Easy as HGV sell you products that you don't need. Don't buy extra CPC courses like I did when booking your HGV courses. Once you do the module 4, that covers you for 5 years. I was told the extra course would cover me for 10 years, which is a lie. By the time I did my theory courses and started the practical stuff 2 months had passed and that's when I was told by an instructor "that's not how it works" so I contacted Easy as HGV and they said sorry you get 14 days to cancel and that time has elapsed. You get 1 year to book the extra course...so you still have 4 years left. Why would you do another 5 year course so close. It should not be sold as you can't hold more than 5 years at a time. By doing this course it just starts your 5 years again. Even if you only did a course a week before. You can't hold 10 years CPC which is how it was sold to me. They prey on new passes who are likely to not know this until it's too late to cancel.

I was fuming as it's clearly aimed at new drivers who wouldn't know they don't need it until after the time had elapsed. Scam!

First this company very expensive compared to other companies. they dont do anything different than other companies. this guy who from this company i paid the all this money for my class one license lies so much hes name Mehrab. he talks with u very nicely and with confidence but soon u pay the money he dont want to kno you as i rang him few time after to get help as he promised he always there which is he never want to speak with me after i paid. he lies me bout job how much i can get paid after pass my class one license which is he said 45 to 50000 year. i never checked it was my foult and he said all lies. first wen u pass license every company want experience which is this guy said to me i dont need experience that was another lie. for class one training this company give u onle 4 day as they said 6 day. cos 5th day ur Reversing test and 6th day ur practical test. so remember its only 4 day which is nothing for new drivers. they promise u to find job which is no effort at all. they send me one or two cheap wages paying company which is you dont want to do it as class one u can get paid gud money. its all u have to put effort to find job as you gone struggle as cos we holding new license and its very hard to find job. so don’t listen to this company they just want ur money and after that u have to struggle to pass ur license and find job. so find any different cheap company as they all do same job dont pay them to as they very expensive.

I did my training with this company to find out that they were a broker, when asked they told me they have their own trucks and schools which is not true. They are very aggressive with their approach and very quick to take your money but not so quick to help when you have a issue.

I was looking for a change of career and saw this opportunity on their website. From first call, Mr Frankie Brower impressed me. Highly professional and yet very friendly. He explained everything in such clear manner that the only question I was left with, “When do I start?”
Super qualified team. Had an opportunity to speak with Frankie’s Manager, nothing short of extremely understandable and directed me with the rest of the process in absolutely simplest form.

Spoke with Admin team too. Charlotte offered me all the assistance and guidance I could ever asked for. Simple with multiple option to choose the dates and locations from.

Wish my ex employer were only half of that. The entire team is simply the symbol of professional approach all the way.
