I recently completed my CPC Refresher training with Jackie Gee, and she was fantastic. Jackie is full of knowledge and clearly loves what she does. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made the whole course enjoyable from start to finish. Her professionalism, patience, and expertise really stood out. I’d happily train with her again. Highly Recommended.

The course was engaging and was delivered professionally at all times. I was originally sceptical about whether I'd learn anything new, but was pleasantly surprised that I learnt a few new things, both from the tutor the the other learners from group discussions. The trainer, Jackie Gee was professional at all times, adapting her delivery to each of the learners, so as to maximise knowledge retention from the group... Well done Jackie.

If you're paying for yourself, it's definitely worth every pound.

The customer service was excellent – 5 stars to Sam and Olivia for organising everything so smoothly. The 4 stars reflect the need to change the training venue from Broxburn to Ayr to complete the practical tests. That said, the team handled it well and reimbursed my fuel costs after the change from Edinburgh to Ayr, which I really appreciated. Would happily use again for further training.

A great experience all round. The trainer i had whose name was Glenn, was brilliant from day 1! They teach you everything you need to know and are very knowledgeable. Make you feel at ease and if you listen to what they tell you then you cant fail! 5/5! Glenn also trained me for the initial cpc module 4. He was brilliant and made everything simple to understand and made passing the exam a breeze!

Interesting learning new knowledge about things that have changed jim was really good time is a lot of things that but forgot I just didn’t know

I contacted Driver Hire Training with very little idea of what route I wanted to take, and they were fantastic from the start. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all my options clearly, providing an instant quote that was very competitive compared to others I looked at.

They gave me time to think things through without any pressure, and even followed up to see how I was getting on, which I really appreciated. Once I decided to go ahead with Driver Hire Training, everything became incredibly straightforward. They worked with me to get everything booked quickly and efficiently.

I’m really looking forward to starting the training and will leave another review once I’ve completed it. A special mention to Matt, who has been brilliant throughout and truly deserves recognition for his help.
