I have been impressed with the service received from East Coast Kitchens, having ordered a Thomas Denby sink, waste kit and tap. Sadly the first delivery was for a 1.25 bowl sink which was too large to fit into our 500mm unit (thought it was 600mm!). Had a long conversation with a lady and we ordered a replacement sink, this was received, along with the first one being picked up - all within 2 weeks. We have received the refund for the first sink on the date stated following quarantine and the new sink, taps and basket having been installed in Christmas week look fabulous. Well done and thank you

I am so pleased with my interaction with East Coast Kitchens. We were in the middle of a new kitchen fit (from another company) when the double belfast sink they supplied was too wide for the cabinet they supplied! After searching high and low for a standard 800mm double belfast sink, I encountered several companies who displayed truly dreadful customer service. And then I discovered East Coast Kitchens. The customer support person (Claudia) was absolutely brilliant. Not only did she assure me that the warehouse would indeed double check the size of the actual sink, she was kind and helpful. Exemplary customer service! The sink arrived quickly and it indeed fits. Hurrah! All during a pandemic as well. Thank you East Coast Kitchens!

Just thought I’d drop you a quick line to say how much I appreciated your help with my recent order.
Having spent so much time at home recently I’ve have had a great opportunity to tick a few things off my to do list.
Changing the handles on my kitchen cupboards I thought, would be an easy win but due to the fitters being uncontactable and the original suppliers discontinuing the style East Coast were the fifth company I’d contacted.
They’re absolutely perfect. The price was great and they arrived before l’d even checked my emails!
Thanks again. Another thing ticked off the list.

Product we bought is great
Kitchen sink tap was delivered promptly.
Package and tap itself undamaged.
Clear installation guide, no problems during installation process.
However water filter unit is something we are not ready evaluate yet due to short time of use.

I was informed at the point of purchase that there would be a delay which, in the circumstances, was understandable and not an inconvenience. I was quite surprised however when the taps I had ordered arrived from a different source and even more surprised to hear a week after that, that there would be a further delay in the delivery.
I phoned ECK and told them that the taps had been delivered, and fitted the previous day.Their reply was that " it would have been nice to know".
Otherwise could not fault the service

I saw corner shelf options on East Coast's website and inquired about them. Discovering that they are a UK-based company, I was disappointed, since their product lines looked reasonable and well-made. Amanda responded to my emails very quickly, gave me info for similar product lines in the US. She was very helpful for no gain - what we need more in this world. Thanks much!

Eastcoastkitchens supplied a built-in kitchen recycling unit which had inadequate installation instructions. I was unable to get any sensible assistance from the manufacturer, who seemed unable to understand the problem. Lorraine at Eastcostkitchens was able to find installation instructions which enabled me to complete the job. Her response was rapid, polite and involved her working outside normal working hours.

Ordered new sink, fast delivery but unfortunately the sink was damaged and cracked. Contacted customer services on Monday regarding the damage and received an email to say replacement sink would be delivered Wednesday and the damaged sink uplifted.Sink arrived first thing Wednesday ( intact and undamaged),superb service this is how all customer service departments should work. My thanks to all involved At Eastcoastkitchens.

Excellent customer service. I ordered screws separately to handles thinking they were not included and was immediately contacted by telephone and email to confirm that they had issued a refund as screws were supplied with the handles. Refund was immediate. Fast delivery and excellent product. Would definitely recommend.

Packaging was amateur at best for a considerably expensive item. Arrived in a tatty plastic bag. Wide open to scuffs and scratches. Will not order from here again!!

I have bought numerous things online in the past few years, but can genuinely say the two or three different people I dealt with on the phone were an absolute pleasure to deal and a credit to the company.

Excellent service, great product and delivery was fairly quick.
